Undoubtedly the stay was memorable for the owner/manager and his excellent helpfulness and hospitality. He is a gem of a guy. Breakfast was good. San Pellegrino itself has loads of character and a pizzeria across the road from the hotel which was excellent. Can't really complain. Maybe a bit cold at night in room (23rd Oct) and room a back and a bit dark but hey it was only 60 Euros. Also table cloths used as towels was a bit bizarre. |

This is a family owned and operated hotel and the entire family works to ensure the comfort of each guest. The service was excellent and Signore Giorgio provides excellent suggestions on excursions in the nearby countryside. He is a wealth of information on activities and things to do and see in the area. Also, the food in the restaurant was excellent. We stayed at the Papa for a week while bicycling in the area and had an excellent stay. Signore Giorgio is very knowledgable of the cycling in the area and offered helpful suggestions and options for routes. All in all and excellent hotel for a very good value in a lovely location. |

De behulpzaamheid van de eigenaar en het personeel was prima. Sommige kamers oubollig en verouderd. Ook wel muf. Dekens op de bedden ipv dekbedden. |

Atendimento muito cuidado, restaurante excelente, serviram-nos o pequeno almoço às 4.20 h porque tínhamos o voo de regresso muito cedo. Gostei e pretendo voltar. |

Mycket serviceminded hotellvärd som talade utmärkt engelska. Han kom med olika förslag på vad vi kunde göra i San Pellegrino med omnejd och ordnade även en visning av det gamla Casinot som håller på att repareras. Träffade en svensk man som ägde en bar i byn - mycket trevlig. Det var lite kallt på rummet på nätterna, värmen var inte påslagen än. |

trevligt, välskött hotell. Ägarna hjälpsamma och vänliga.Pratade bra engelska.Rymliga trevligt inredda rum,rent och snyggt .Trevlig liten bar och restaurangen rekommenderas varmt. Vi är helt nöjda med vår vistelse på hotell Papa. |

Der Service an der Rezeption war sehr höflich und hilfsbereit. Das für italienische Verhältnisse sehr gute Frühstück wurde für uns aufgrund einer frühen Abreise extra früher zubereitet. |

Ondanks late aankomst toch nog bereid een eenvoudige maaltijd klaar te maken. Inrichting kamers, beetje oudbollig. Oudere dekens kunnen misschien vervangen door donsdekens. De vriendelijkheid maakte de kleine onvolmaaktheden meer dan goed. |

Ottima posizione dell'hotel. Buono il pranzo e la colazione. Abbondante e ben servita. A 20 metri dalla fermata dell'autobus per la stazione ferroviaria di Bergamo. Un pò lontano da Bergamo (circa 50 minuti di autobus che cmq. passano ogni 1/2 ora). Nonha un collegamento diretto con l'aeroporto di Bergamo Orio al Serio. |

Rustig hotel met goede mogelijkheid om fiets te stallen. Ervaren hoteleigenaar die goed voor zijn gasten kan zorgen. Ietwat kleine doucheruimte maar ik heb mij goed kunnen redden. |
