It was my first time to Vatican City and this location is very convenient cos its just meters across the road from the Vatican Museum. There are supermarkets nearby and restaurants in the area and few minutes walk to the shopping area. But the most important thing that i want to mention are the staff that works there. I had to extend for 1 more day but there wasn't any room available in the area of Vatican city cos it was a public holiday. Thank you both very much for spending the whole day searching a room for me through ur contacts and online. Ideal location next to the Vatican. Easy walk to other locations. Good restaurants nearby. Staff very welcoming and helpful. Good buffet breakfast. Very comfortable, clean rooms.

I felt like we were staying with a family friend! This small, boutique hotel really cared about the customer. The staff was top notch and always there with a smile. My partner and I came down with some rather nasty colds and the staff was very concerned and went up and beyond to help us feel better. I would stay here again in a heart beat! And, was within walking distance of most sights (or walking distance to the Metro).

Very nice place and EXCELLENT staff.

The location is great. You are literally 50 ft from the Vatican wall and a 5 min walk from the Metro. The staff is very helpful and the hotel is very clean and comfortable and reasonably priced. We loved our stay and will go back.

It is not particularly easy to find for the first time traveler as it is on the third floor of this lovely building in the Vatican area.

Absolutely great place with wonderful staff with fluent english, and many other languages. They were all so kind, and really excited to help us get around in town, and lending us books about rome/vatican etc. Absolutely an enjoyable stay!

I really enjoyed the service of the hotel staff, especially the attention given by Mr. David for my family. I recommend this hotel for people who want to visit in Rome.

Pretty much everything! Location is perfect, value for money is adequate given breakfast was included, rooms were very comfortable and best of all was the service. They helped with everything, transportation, restaurant reservations, etc.

Overall, the first impression from the outside. It does not do justice for how good the guest house is.

Everything was perfect, the stuff, the accommodation, location, everyone is very nice and polite, always ready to help you!!! :))) The private tour to Vatican Museum and Sistine chapel was amazing!!! Felt the price was a little steep for the facilities but it was leading up to Easter.

Bijzonder vriendelijk personeel, dat altijd bereid is iets extra te doen (informeren/regelen/uitzoeken). Gelegen op de 3-de etage van een onopvallend pand in een rustig straatje vlak bij het Vaticaan, op loopafstand van winkelstraten, restaurants en bruisende drukte. Nette badkamer en kamer, welke zo te zien recentelijk vernieuwd zijn. Kleinschalig en knus, met persoonlijke aandacht waardoor je het gevoel hebt een "thuis" te hebben. Prijs/kwaliteit verhouding is erg goed.

Er is helemaal niets tegen gevallen. Echter je moet rekening houden met een kleine receptie en kleine ontbijtruimte.

Gostamos da localização e do atendimento dos funcionários. Todos muito simpáticos. O ambiente também era limpo e muito tranquilo.

スタッフの心遣いが非常にうれしかったです。 チェックイン時間が遅くなってしまったときも待っててくれたり、 朝もチェックアウト時間をしらずに遅くなってしまったときの対応も非常に理想的でした。 朝食も少量ですが非常に心がこもっている気がしていいホテルだと思いました。

Esta en un edificio muy mal conservado, da un poco de miedo cuando uno llega, tiene un cartelito pequeno que ni se ve.El lugar para desayunar es casi un pasillo. Me enganaron las fotos publicadas.

L'accueil est chaleureux,nous avons reçu de très bons conseils en français! L'hôtel se trouve à 5 mn à pied du métro près du Vatican. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cet hôtel.

Kleines Hotel in der dritten Etage eines Altbaus, nicht weit von den Museen des Vatikans. Außerordentlich freundliches und engagiertes Personal, welches sehr gut Englisch spricht. Das saubere Zimmer war liebevoll mit Möbeln und Accessoires eines schwedischen Möbelherstellers hergerichtet :-) Der Transfer vom/zum Flughafen in einem chicken Mercedes wurde für 45 Euro pro Fahrt vom Hotel organisiert und hat hervorragend geklappt. Safe und Minibar waren im Zimmer vorhanden. Letzteres war sogar recht günstig.

Die (ferngesteuerte) Klimaanlage ließ sich ein bisschen schlecht regulieren und pustete direkt aufs Bett. Frühstück ist für deutsche Verhältnisse eher gewöhnungsbedürftig (aber wohl typisch italienisch).

Un très bon accueil, une équipe à l'écoute qui nous a bien conseillé. La chambre est décorée avec gout, et la climatisation fonctionne parfaitement. Le papavista se trouve juste à coté du métro (très pratique quand on arrive depuis l'aéroport de Fumicino avec le train à la gare de Termini), de plus le bus 492 s’arrête juste à coté et dessert le centre historique. Nous avons passé un bon séjour et nous y retournerons certainement!

Le bruit de la circulation la nuit est parfois dérangeant, mais c'est sans doute moins bruyant qu'un hôtel en plein centre où la circulation est bien plus dense. La literie à ressort est un peu dure.
