Nice hotel, clean and great stuff
nothing for the price (just some details of the interior could be improved).
Electronic store within walking distance. Clothing Store within walking distance. Grocery store adjacent to building. - Minimal (1 out of 5) staff were helpful. -Breakfast was ok. - Pretty quiet for the most part. - Upon check out, the staff member noticed we were waiting a bit and asked us if we wanted to wait back in our room. That was nice.
They only provide 1 hotel key. - POOR attitude from 90% staff. - Need to purchase separate adapter to use an iron. It's already understood that the standard adapter for international use is needed. - Breakfast starts at 7AM. - $45 for taxi for sight seeing. That $45 only covers 2 people, there were 3 of us. - No exhaust in bathroom. - No store in hotel to purchase items when other stores are closed. - Rooms were small for the price paid. The pictures were kind of deceiving. - Taxes are very expensive upon checkout. - Wifi is limited to no access beyond the first floor. - eggs were always cold when eating breakfast.
It Was all good.
Great location considering we were looking for something far from city centre to avoid traffic. In general the hotel looks new, but there were some details that needed to be taken care of
Hotel looks almost new, the bathroom was impeccable, but there were some bald patches on the carpet. The air conditioning was working on the whole hotel, but somehow it was working on our room, so it wasn't that bad. The breakfast buffet was really poor, without any options
Hotel needs complete renovation.
friendly staff, free wifi, good value for the money
air conditioning did not work the first night and was fixed the following day
Very nice hotel. Very clean, new, nice breakfast, very pleasant stuff, and a good price. Huge parking and huge market in area.
Wifi wasn't working.
near the supermarket
wifi does not work inside the room. poor location, no public trans to the downtown
Room was so clean and modern, with quiet environment. Also staffs were very kind. It definitely worths higher than its price. I enjoyed staying there.
There were poor connection of public transportation to get to city center. It took like more than 1hour for us each time!
Well done guys, i love my stay with you... Great breakfast... Really comfy bed... Felt like at home... Fully recommended!!!! Gorgio you are the best!
A little bit far from rome... But they do offer shutle bus and free parking!
The breakfast was fantastic and the ambiance was quite welcomimg.
The location is quite off town and not ideal for people who would want to visit town. Ideal for business though.
la stanza grande ed elegante
la colazione un pò povera
The hotel is located in a very inconvenient location.
It was modern, relatively clean. Very friendly and helpful staff. There is enough parking, which partly belongs to a shopping center. Also the shopping center next door is useful to buy things. The rooms are more or less what you see in the photos. Good toiletries.
Several points about this hotel were a bit disappointing for a 4 star hotel, and I speak from experience about 4-star hotels in Rome. 1. No wifi, only wired-internet (the speed is reasonable). 2. My junior suite was very dry, so you have to call reception so they can turn off the heating system. The costumer should be able to control climate in his/her own room. 3. No English tv channels...this is strange for 4 star hotel. 4. The breakfast actually ran out on the busy Sunday morning. There was no more eggs, meats, pastries. This means they did not even have enough food for all their guests. This is unacceptable for a 4 star hotel.
Large and clean rooms
