B&B Piazza Duomo  

tutto bello. everything's perfect.

The apartment was an excellent experience. Very clean and it was very comforable. We had a rainy day so we stayed in the room for a few hours and it was great tha they had satilite and two flat screen TVs. The apartment is withing walking distance of great restaurants and the main plaza. The staff was very helpful and reccomended a some grat restaurants (eg. Nonna Gina)

Great location and helpful staff

the B&B was excellent, above all expectations. the room was beautiful and spotless. the staff - Fabio, Domenico, Walter and Emanuelle all speak wonderful English, were especially nice and went out of their way to be helpful. It's a great value for the price. I would recommend for anyone!!

it was a little tricky to find at first

The guys that run this place where just great showed us the best places to eat and all of them fabulous helped with our bags nothing was to much trouble booked us onto a wine tour called a cab when leaving very good service

Everything!!! This is just a great place to stay when visiting Siena!

The location is great, right in the old town near Duomo. The room is spacious. Although breakfast is not included in the room rate but you can buy voucher, which is very good value-for-money, and have breakfast at a nearby bar. We arrived at the B&B later then chek-in time but Walter had posted sign and prepared everything for us so we could do self check-in easily. He even highlighted the interesting places, route and parking on the city map. He also had good sense of humor.

The B&B was in a great location off the main "road" through beautiful Siena. Everything was very clean and comfortable. We didn't buy the €5 breakfast coupons, so I'm not sure if that is a good value. We'd definitely stay there again.

The window was a difficult to open and close. One desk clerk was really nice but another gave us a lecture-style overview of the City that was a bit forced and assumed we knew nothing of Siena, felt like we were in second grade again.

A beautifully large well appointed room. Common kitchen facilities and computers for internet access. Very knowledgable and attentive staff fluent in English. Tuscany, Siena and B & B Piazza Duomo would make a perfect Romantic / Honeymoon retreat. A very charming experience and a place we hope to again return.

Location

The facility is very old. The entrance is not nice. Our room shared a patio with two other rooms. Our bathroom window was facing the patio, so it was very unconfortable.

Walter, at the desk was a wealth of good and helpful information, from providing a map, to suggesting restaurants, and sights. The room was centrally located, clean and very nice. We stayed one night, wished we'd stayed two.

location 10 staff help 10 catered to our needs 10 wonderful, relaxing 9 days highly recommended i apologize for not remembering all of the names of the gentlemen at the reception desk but would like to thank them for such a delightful stay. we stayed in the apartment and were extremely comfortable and a great location. would make this a place to stay over and over!!! My wife and I will recomend them to all our friends. we shall return!

we couldn't stay longer

Fabio was very polite and helpful as were all of the Booking.com hotel staff. Fabio's recommendation for restaurant's and gellato was spot on. Very close to the Piazza and Duomo. Very comfortable night. Shared kitchen was good and clean. There were two internet connected computers in the shared kitchen area.

Like most single room hotels, it was difficult to walk around the 4x luggage scattered on the floor. Nowhere else to store them. Room faced road which meant that you were woken up early by garbage trucks, buses etc. Noise is also a function of the cobble stoned roads.

The location was fantastic! The staff was so helpful too. We ate at Cice which was delicious. They recommended Captaino for dinner which was perfect. Our room was spacious, clean & had AC which is rare. We will be back!

this is the second visit to this wonderful and hotel It is a great place to stay close to all the great sites and wonderfully clean . The staff is always helpful and I cannot think of a better place to be. It is centrally located and extremely clean and the staff great Would not stay elsewhere if I return

The room was spacious and attractive with access to a quiet interior courtyard.

People are loud coming and going into the building (as is the case in every city we visited in Italy).

We stayed in a flat which can accommodate up to 4 people and has a nice private patio. Very central, very convenient and very good value for money paid.

Any B&B I have booked includes your breakfast. This didn't although the voucher for 5 euros was a good deal. The room did not have a window on the street like it advertised. We got to look at the middle of the building at other peoples bathrooms. Not impressed with that one. Also the airconditioning wasn't working properly. we did not get our room cleaned every day like it said.
