Location was good, hotel staffs were helpfull.
nice staff beautiful place good wifi connection
traffic limits and parking in Siena centre
Everything. Large comfortable apartment, great location, good breakfast & parking options. Friendly staff. Highly recommend!
Nothing... Though only Just lacked some little milks in fridge for tea & coffee.
Excellent value for money. We couldn't believe the facilities and service offered for the price we paid. The place was very cosy and beautifully decorated, with attention to detail. The staff was very helpful and welcoming. We didn't want to leave! I definitely recommend and and if I get a chance, I will definitely be back.
It was lovely to have an apartment for my 5 day stay - it made siena feel more like a home as I could cook for myself and wash clothes in my own time. The apartment had it's own entrance, a shared courtyard, a private courtyard, living room, kitchen and bathroom Fabio and Walter were really helpful with advice when I arrived (eg the excellent Nona Gina's restaurant). The location inside the city walls made coming and going during the day really easy.

Nothing loved it all
Loved the location, staff was super helpful and was a great value!
The location was excellent and although you needed to go up one flight of stairs to get there, the manager was out luggage carrier and car park finder. He was very friendly and extremely helpful, for exple when we asked to find out if the Leoarndo museum in Vinci would be open on Sunday, he looked that up for us, found the best way there and printer info on the museum too! By the way, take his recommendations on places to eat - Momma Ginnas was just down the round and really good local fair. Wish we could have stayed longer.
Very close to everything you want to see in Siena. Staff was super-helpful with late check-in and ZTL avoidance. Wished we could have stayed longer.
Siena's streets can be quite noisy. Bring ear-plugs.
The location was great and the service excellent
The room was hot and the air was not working
The beds and pillows were of a particularly high standard. Daniele gave us a very warm welcome and outlined some of the best sites and places to eat. The communal kitchen area was also very useful.
Most comfortable bed we slept on in a month in Italy! Lovely shared courtyard garden and the washing machine was a very welcome bonus. Roomy studio. Great location, excellent advice on restaurants from reception. Would love to go back and stay longer than the two nights we had.
Only thing to fault is thin wall on closet. When the doors are open you can clearly hear conversation in next apartment!
The hotel is located in a prime location close to the Duomo. We stayed in a family room which was very clean & spacious. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They helped us with our luggage, park our car on arrival and return our car at the door step upon departure. Fabio gave us excellent suggestions on restaurants and places of interest. We strongly recommend this hotel.
Staff eager to explain Siena, studio was large with kitchen (helped to offset lack of breakfast--there's a small grocery nearby but be aware it is closed on Sunday so stock up) and washings machine. The common courtyard area was nice.
The furnishings seemed more like a college dorm or like they were bought from a second-hand store. I did not think this was bad but some people might not be as okay with it. The location is far to reach from train station or bus depot but worth the effort.
The location is great, very close to the Duomo and easy walk to the Palio. The staff is wonderful!!
Love this hotel. Location is excellent, Staff is friendly. Daniel is the one helping us. He is so nice and helpful. We will be back next time if we stay in Siena. Everything is perfect here.
the location was perfect, in the heart of the city, a short walk to sights and shopping, but not noisy at night. The staff was extremely helpful with wonderful nearby restaurant recommendations and also interfacing with our car rental company. A rare find!
The apartment was spacious and comfortable and the room darkening drapes enabled a good night's sleep. Great location for strolling around Sienna and the owners were very helpful with suggestions.
If walking to or from the bus station there are many hills to walk! Not the fault of the owners - who helped with our bags for the steps at their location!
The apartment was in a good location and felt homely. Staff helpful and kitchen well equipped. Close to supermarket (but try the local veggie store at the end of town not the one across the street)
Nothing other than I wish I had stayed here my whole visit to Siena.
Friendly and helpful staff-especially Daniel. Great beds and comfortable foam mattress. Convenient kitchen and refrigerator availability Location and parking
Too short a stay.
The owner managers of the B&B go out of their way all the time to make sure the guests are comfortable and have everything they need. From directions to eating and sightseeing recommendations they are more than eager to help. You will love this B & B.
Great location and very nice staff.
I didn't get the apt I booked. Even though I sent a separate email to confirm. Were kept awake by noise from the street and it did indeed have a musty smell as per previous reviews. We got used to it, but be aware you might not get what you book.
Situation accueil chambre agréable et spacieuse
Bruit la nuit .petit déjeuner a l'exterieur
It is a perfect place to stay in real italy when you want to feel what it looks like. Never look at to the building and decide about it. Because when you will go inside the apartment, it is unbelivable perfect.
Piazza Paradiso's location is excellent for those who want easy access to the Piazza del Campo or Il Duomo but away from the busy and sometimes noisy Tourist crowds. The facilities are good and staff ever ready to assist. They are also generous to accommodate any request and are always ready to provide suggestions on your itinerary.
It's not really something against Piazza Paradiso but customers should be warned that there are no elevators as the facility is located in an old rustic building. For clients with lots of heavy luggages, be ready to take 35 steps up to get to the Facility.
