Hotel owner was very friendly and helpfull. Pool and restaurant were great. Beds were a little on the uncomfortable side and noisy but we still had a good stay here.

Nice views out to sea. Evening menu varied and reasonable. Minibus service to beach (but we didn't use it so cannot comment on it). Address does not work in satnav. Get correct address if driving there. Saturday evening very busy with locals dining in hotel, so don't expect to get to sleep before 1am at earliest (but quiet Sunday evening). Room opened to communal balcony that was used for party by other guests. No sleep possible. Double room was two single beds pushed together with very saggy mattresses/springs. Breakfast was very disappointing, but with good coffee. Dog barked most of second night.

Excellent value for money, staff were very friendly and very helpfull, will definitely use again and recommend to friends. Need face tissues and proper soap in the bathroom, also TV was difficult to get working.

How cheap my room was and to get such luxury service there. Loved it! Just the location. It was a little far outside the city and transportation without a car was very tricky into Pescara

Outside the noisy and dirty village, nice swimming pool, very friendly lady of the house. Very nice and clean room (room number 1).Breakfast was basic but nice, no effort was too much, if you need anything just, ask the staff. Landelijke ligging, weg van de drukke stad, mooi zwembad, vriendelijke gastvrouw. Propere kamer (kamernummer 1).Prima gegeten in het hotel. Ontbijt was basic, maar wel verzorgd en geen moeite was te veel als je iets extra wilde. Absoluely no remarks what so ever. Absoluut niets op aan te merken

L'albergo si trova sulle coline di Pescara allora la vista panoramica e abbastanza bella! Come albergo è grande e carino! Il breakfast un tanto carente, pero va bene lo stesso. Nella website dicono che si trova a 5 min della stazione centrale di pescara, cosa che è bugia sara a 20 minuti in macchina ed in bus sara a mezz'ora.. E poi ti dicono sul telefono che la stazione del bus è a 300 metri quando è quasi a 800 metri. Il materazzo della stanza era troppo molo non va bene per la schiena e la posizione della finestra del bagno è troppo incomodo se non la chiude bene ti vedono tutti da fuori.

L'albergo è molto confortevole, immerso nel verde, caldo nonostante il freddo invernale, la camera in cui ho soggiornato era ben ammobiliata, con un comodo letto e il bagno molto grande completo del necessario; se non si vuole uscire per I pasti dall'albergo il ristorante_ pizzeria è ottimo ( con una grande vetrata su Pescara), all'esterno c'è una bella piscina con uno spazio relax che in estate deve essere molto bello, e sopratutto c'è una conduzione familiare dell'albergo che ben funziona, con personale gentile e disposto a rendere il soggiorno gradevole o ad aiutarti in caso di bisogno. Il mio soggiorno è stato molto piacevole La colazione era già buona ma potrebbe essere ancora più curata, ma è solo un dettaglio. E' necessaria la macchina per muoversi con facilità

En particular la vista, la torta casera del desayuno, la buena disposición del dueño para darnos instrucciones sobre el camino a seguir. Para nosotros estuvo bien porque estábamos en auto, pero no es un lugar muy accesible en caso contrario.

Camere molto indietro con I tempi, bagno da dimenticare, rumore dell'ascensore dei pasti del ristorante, in stanza. Chiunque passa davanti alla porta della stanza sembra sia in stanza!!
