Dirty, musty walls. One of the staff memebers (the only one we met during our stay) was very rude and disrespectful. Poor breakfast.
Receptionist gipsy (hippy) is very very rude. His behaviour is not sufficient for the hospitality. Lift was too old and small only 2 persons can accommodate in a time.
- very good location 5 min walk to station centrale - nice view - comfortable bed - clean room - mirror in the room - elevator - nice and helpful staff - wifi was also good
- i didn't like the shower - the only way to clean your hair was to go under the running water and wet all of your body, as you couldn't move the spout... - poor breakfast
The hotel is very close to Stazione Centrale, 5-10 min walk. It is quite old, but clean. The breakfast was not very rich in choices, but was enough. The hotel has a garden in the backyard, small and very nice, where we spent a great evening and had breakfast in the morning.
The bathroom door was not closing properly and the light in the bathroom was very poor. We could not open the windows, because the curtains were almost falling.
Friendly ang accomodating staff
Still a very decent place for one overnight next to the central station.
Too pricey for what you get in terms of comfort and service.
Everything was terrible
Very good choice for cost/quality rate.
Close to train station and city centre with reasonable price.
The warm water for taking a bath was poor, we always needed to adjust the water by ourselves.
location is central
The attitude of the staff there is poor. It has air conditioning, but the staff told me "it's not hot now, so no air conditioning". Well, when I booked this hotel, it shows there is air conditioning. I would like to ask what is the point to show there is air conditioning in booking.com then.
Staff specially on reception was bad. Can not speak in friendly way. Does not wish to reply at all. Will never stay again there.
- stayed in the hotel 3 nights, good place for a short stay - nice patio when you can have your breakfast or some drinks in the evening - good quality for the price - location, close to central station however if you want to party or be out to late, better to stay closer to area you go out - helpful staff
The distance to the central station and city centre! The room was simple but ok and clean. Breakfast was ok as well.
You can hear everything from the other rooms like talking, coughing, flushing toilet etc. The staff was not really a nice and friendly host. You have to ask everything yourself.
One of the staff was very helpful with information for the area. There was a morning market just in front of the hotel on some days. While some find that noisy, we actually enjoy looking around, with lots of fresh fruits, local delicacy with reasonable price (I think the locals shop there too), so it was interesting.
Small bathroom. Mosquito at the courtyard.
Polite and friendly staff. Due to our early arrival our room was given to us before check in time without previous arrangement and on the same price. The city centre is 15-20 minutes walk and two subway stations (one of Milano central railway station) are within 5 minutes walking distance.
Our room faced the street and on Saturday morning there was street market which produced a lot of noise.
Very easy to find this hotel! The room is very big with a balcony!
Wifi is poor. Lift is very small!! 2 people maxi
facilities and cleanliness.
lots of noises
staffs cant speak really good english but they are really willing to help, breakfast is boring. but for the price and location, it's fine.
air-con was not really cold enough, it was really hot in milan. breakfast is boring.
Helpful stuff, close to metro station and Milano Centrale
Very noisy, especially at night Not pleasure neighborhood Old furniture
It is nice hotel. All very simple but functional. Hotel very close to 2 subway lines and to central station. Also you can spend 30 min and go to Duomo on foot.
Market on the street near hotel on Saturday and Tuesday is very loudly and it start working very early.
Nice view from the room. Bathroom was clean.
Staff were rude and too cool for school. Sheets on the bed were covered in someone else's pubic hair. Breakfast was all in plastic packets.
Value for money.
i got all the information i needed in at the reception good location and quiet room
Location to Milano Centrale. Clean. Extra blanket in cupboard. Food across the road. Cannot comment on breakfast as left early.
Reception staff - didn't say much, didn't direct us to how we get to the room. The hallway looks like it goes behind the bar (looks like area for staff only). Lift - very small Noisy - people talking in the hallway and furniture being moved as well as banging up until about midnight. Wifi - promised fast however kept dropping out and very slow.
