Hotel Paradiso  

I was shocked about the extremly hard beds this means mattresses! I absolutly couldn't sleep on these mattresses and had to change the hotel in frist night. According my information already other customers changed hotel before because of same reason. Positive was the hotel owners were nice and flexible and agreed to only bill 1 night even so I had booked 2 nights. Generally the hotel would not be bad but when you can't sleep you can't enjoy your holidays, so the quality of bed is one of the most important things in my opinion. Therefore for all people that can't sleep on very hard mattrasses I regret I have to recommend to avoid this hotel. All other people can of course book this hotel because from other criterias it's not worse and not better as other hotels.

My first impression arriving at night was disappointing because I love very modern facilities, however the next morning I have a change of heart. The hotel isn't ultra modern but it ticked the boxes for friendly and helpful staff. Cleanliness and the food was very good. All in all I would stay at this hotel again, but don't expect the wow factor. We tipped more staff at this hotel than we have anywhere else, so that speaks for itself.

I don't think you can say that the photographs of the hotel are not accurate, however I think they are overly enhanced. It isn't as upmarket as perhaps it's pictures portray, but nevertheless I would still recommend the Paradiso.

The hotel was very peaceful and quiet.We got the room we ordered large double with a large balcony. Close to beaches and not too far to shops and resteraunts. Breakfast was very good. Staff very friendly.

The cost of meals in the hotel were very expensive.(would have eaten there had they been a bit more reasonable) and the incline up to the hotel for older or infirm people was a bit steep.

The sun,pool,air conditioning, very friendly lady that cleaned our rooms most days.

Upon arrival we were asked for a further 20 euros a night for a room with a balcony, though we had requested this at the time of booking. As we subsequently found out that all the triple rooms have balconies we feel this was rather dishonest.

Outstanding service from every one of the staff. I rarely tip all the hotel staff but I made an exception on this occasion.Change in plans meant we arrived 4 days early. They phoned round to get us into another hotel for two days (it was high season) until they could provide us with a room. Nothing was too much trouble for them. Buffet lunch highly recommended and excelent value for money. Eveniung meals ok but not cordon bleu. Swimming pool perfect and good pool service.

Cnn was only English speaking tv chanel.

The location was very good. Staff was friendly and could easily accomodate our wish to be four in a triple room.

Price high for the standard offered. Especially for the fourth bed offered. Poor beds. Breakfast room very small and could not accomodate us as a family together at our chosen time.

Although I think the hotel was just old, it had a cool "retro" vibe to the decor. Included breakfast was great. Family run hotel staff was great.

Not much of a view (just trees, no water). The room was pretty funky and old.

Friendly staff, exceptionally clean rooms, exceptionally clean pool, ideal location gentle stroll along promenade to centre.

The room I stayed was pretty small and modest, TV was 20 years old and actually did not work properly due to problems with antenna. But clean.

Bad internet speed

Trop cher pour un hotel, qui fait plus penser a un 3 etoiles de qualité moyenne. Vieux mobilier, petit dejeuner tres moyen !

Отдыхали с 5-12 сентяря отель соответствует цене и описанию в букинге.в центре,но и не на шумной набережной.свой пляж в 200метрах,полотенца на рецепц,маленький бассейн у отеля.до центра-5-8минут,парковкихватает на всех. Но купаться лучше ездить в соседний вентимильи,многокилометровые дикие пляжи.очень понравилось,есть с чем сравнить
