The amazing staff who were all very welcoming and friendly. It is a family run hotel, so the service is very personalised. Quite and relaxing position, not too close to the town, but not too far either. Easy to get around by bus.

La cortesia e la gentilezza del personale, l'estreme cura dei dettagli in tutto il complesso alberghiero, la posizione e la tranquilità, è veramente un paradiso che è in tanti punti meglio come le maledive, dove trascoriamo molto spesso le nostre vacance.

La struttura è senz'altro bella ed integrata nel verde. Se si desidera il totale relax è sicuramente adatta. D'altrocanto però gli spostamenti necessitano di mezzi e se si prende il taxi la truffa è in agguato.. Niente tassametro e prezzi variabili ad personam. La nostra camera oltre ad avere un arredamento vecchiotto, un bagno altrettanto vetusto,la cosa più grave, era un'insopportabile puzza di muffa a causa dell'umidità sulle pareti.. Pur facendo notare il nostro mal contento nulla è stato fatto.. Al rientro a Roma ho dovuto lavare tutto il contenuto della valigia per l'odore impregnatosi nei vestiti neppure indossati. Un hotel a 4 stelle non puó permettersi di dare una stanza pessima!! Se non fossi stata su un isola e per di più con amici me ne sarei andata via a gambe levate!!

Relax.Tranquillo.Piscine.Pulizia.ben tenuto.ben curato. Per chi è in Depandance struttura princ.scomoda da raggiungere. Struttura abbastanza lontana dalla fermata bus

I stayed Hotel Paradiso Terme in the Easter holiday 2011 and it was indeed a fantastic holiday. I would say what impressed me the best was the quality of staffs. You wouldn't have any problems about communications in English, and above all, they're all generous & professional. When I found a bending machine broken, staffs did their best to retrieve it and apologised sincerely, which struck my feeling. Other factors including rooms, meals and entertainment were never spoiled, given a price for them. Location was a bit dodgy. You're likely to get lost regardless the type of transportation. Once becoming confident with where you are, using EAV bus (CS, 1 etc) would be the best way to get around.

Un'oasi di pace per un relax completo. Ottime piscine termali Adatto a chi è almeno motomunito per la posizione un pò scomoda in cui si trova rispetto al centro e al mare

Staff cordiale e disponibile posizione panoramica e silenziosa centro termale con picina coperta e scoperta calda,possibilità di trattamenti anche a prezzi economici ma sempre di qualità ,camere belle e immmerse nel verde, ristorante perfetto menu ottimi,posizione non propio centrale ma con navetta inclusa,pre le coppie giovani senza auto consigliato l'uso di uno scooter. Posizione leggermente distante ,non da uscita a passeggio non è un problema rilevante

Giardini del Parco curatissimi Molto distante dal centro di Forio, è necessario prendere il mezzo pubblico in qunato la navetta è operativa sino alle ore 19,00. Scarsa professionalità del personale.

“We loved this hotel. I stayed here with my wife and two daughters ages 7 and 17 years. From the moment we arrived the staff treated us like their only customers. The rooms were very clean and comfortable and the resturaunt was excellent. The hotel was close to a bus stop and it was easy to get around the island.
