Udsigten over Napolibugten (vi havde havudsigt) og en fremragende udsigtsrestauration med lækker morgenbuffet. Garanti for at boende gæster kan få bord i restauranten om aftenen og en bedre kvalitet på den daglige menu - set i forhold til prisen. |

The location to the city centre and older quarters and the view overlooking the bay on towards Vesuvius The porter took great delight in letting us know we were on economy when it was the hotel who reduced the tariff and not us. We were not not very happy about this and his attitude was deplorable. |

It was located in a position that afforded excellent views of Naples from the Reception area and the dining room. Access from the street into the foyer was via steps which presented difficulties in getting luggage in and out. |

Superb vue from the restaurant, good breakfast We had a very good price (€68, booked on the Internet). The room was small, too warm and, of course located on the bad side. Official price was given as €230, which would have been way too expensive for the value. As it was however it was OK. |

The wonderful view! We are both disabled (my OH obviously so) and there were maybe 4 steps down from the street and then some more. We struggled with our cases and weren't offered assistance. Also the price of the food.... but probably that's just Italy in general. We had the Chef's Choice for our meal but it wasn't anything special despite it's high cost. In fact the fried spinach was absolutely awful, no taste and just a big green blob............!!! |

Spactacular sea view, near to public transport and Mergelina marina for trips to the islands Ischia and Capri. Taxi ordered via reception desk, receptionist a little bit affected |

The view is incredible! The staff were very helpful and we really loved our time there. This is our third stay at Hotel Paradiso, so you understand that we love it there. The wallpaper is very dull !! |

In booking this hotel I was guaranteed that we would be shuttled from and to the airport. When I called the hotel from the airport the attendant told me that I would be better off taking a taxi to the hotel. The taxi cost 30.00 euros. When we left the hotel the shuttle driver from the hotel insisted that we pay him 45.00 euros plus a tip. I would like to know when I will be reimbursed. |

The view from the room over the Bay of Naples was spectacular and the staff were very helpful. Access to public transport (via Funicular) was easy but was not indicated on the details of the hotel and taxi services were expensive. |

Great view, very good restaurant, nice staff, free internet access. The room was quite noisy and too hot. The restaurant is a bit expensive. |

I found all the staff to be very helpful and friendly. I do not speak Italian, but didn't find it a problem, as most of the staff I spoke to could speak a certain amount of English. I was a little nervous as too what this Hotel would be like, after reading some other reviews. But I cannot say there was anything I didn't like about it. My only critisism would be the view from the bedroom. For a 3 night stay, I think it was quite expensive. Although I could see the sea to the right of my room, directly in fron of it was another building. |

the view from the hotel was wonderful but the room was really small and that we didn't expect. We knew it was economy for 1 night before we returned home but we could barely walk around the bed. |

The room was very comfortable and the views from our balcony and the restaurant were fantastic. The food in the restaurant both for dinner and breakfast was good. No other restaurants or evening entertainment close by. If taxis were booked through the hotel they charged double what local taxis charged. We were caught out twice with this. |

Der grandiose Ausblick vom Frühstücksraum aus.Die Zimmer sind sauber.Wenn man den Panoramablick auch vom Hotelzimmer aus geniessen möchte, sollte man etwas mehr Geld ausgeben.Aber wer verbringt seine Tage in Neapel schon im Hotelzimmer ? Das Personal war nicht gerade sehr freundlich. |
