Best Western Hotel Paradiso

Queda en una buena zona de Napoles y desde el restaurant se puede apreciar una de las mejores vistas de la bahìa. Se puede acceder al paseo maritimo facilmente a traves de un funicular y luego conectar con el autobus para visitar el resto de la cuidad. Nos resultò muy comodo y bien ubicado. El desayuno està muy bien (dentro de los estàndares italianos).

El restaurante del hotel està muy caro....los precios no se corresponden ni con la calidad ni con el servicio. Pedimos 2 ensaladas, agua y 2 cervezas y pagamos 50 E !! y las ensaladas eran de lo mas simples y escasas. Tambien le hace falta un "facelifting" en algunas àreas y renovar equipos, como por ejemplo los secadores de pelo que son del año de los dinosaurios.....

nos dieron una habitacion no fumadores que apestaba a tabaco.La unica opcion era una doble pequeña ,con vistas al edificio de enfrente; nosotros teniamos una triple en el piso superior.El desayuno del segundo dia tenia muchas de las cosas que no se habian terminado el dia anterior(pizza rustica, quiche)

The porter took great delight in letting us know we were on economy when it was the hotel who reduced the tariff and not us. We were not not very happy about this and his attitude was deplorable.

Superb vue from the restaurant, good breakfast

We had a very good price (€68, booked on the Internet). The room was small, too warm and, of course located on the bad side. Official price was given as €230, which would have been way too expensive for the value. As it was however it was OK.

Spactacular sea view, near to public transport and Mergelina marina for trips to the islands Ischia and Capri.

The view is incredible! The staff were very helpful and we really loved our time there. This is our third stay at Hotel Paradiso, so you understand that we love it there.

A bit scruffy, poor staff service

In booking this hotel I was guaranteed that we would be shuttled from and to the airport. When I called the hotel from the airport the attendant told me that I would be better off taking a taxi to the hotel. The taxi cost 30.00 euros. When we left the hotel the shuttle driver from the hotel insisted that we pay him 45.00 euros plus a tip. I would like to know when I will be reimbursed.

The view from the room over the Bay of Naples was spectacular and the staff were very helpful.

Access to public transport (via Funicular) was easy but was not indicated on the details of the hotel and taxi services were expensive.

The room was quite noisy and too hot. The restaurant is a bit expensive.

the view from the hotel was wonderful but the room was really small and that we didn't expect. We knew it was economy for 1 night before we returned home but we could barely walk around the bed.
