las vistas desde la terraza del restaurante nos dieron una habitacion no fumadores que apestaba a tabaco.La unica opcion era una doble pequeña ,con vistas al edificio de enfrente; nosotros teniamos una triple en el piso superior.El desayuno del segundo dia tenia muchas de las cosas que no se habian terminado el dia anterior(pizza rustica, quiche) |

El hotel es tranquilo, está lejos del tráfico y muy cerca del centro. El personal ha estado siempre disponible para ofrecerme información útil. Además, por las mañanas, desde el restaurante, se puede disfrutar de la hermosa vista de la bahía de Nápoles y del Vesubio. |

Las Vistas. La habitación no estaba limpia cuando nos la dieron. Habia uñas cortadas en el suelo de la habitación, y algún pelo pegado a las paredes de la ducha. El personal del hotel no era muy amable. El dia que nos marchamos dejamos las maletas para que nos las guardaran durante el día, al ir a recogerlas estaban junto a la puerta. |

In booking this hotel I was guaranteed that we would be shuttled from and to the airport. When I called the hotel from the airport the attendant told me that I would be better off taking a taxi to the hotel. The taxi cost 30.00 euros. When we left the hotel the shuttle driver from the hotel insisted that we pay him 45.00 euros plus a tip. I would like to know when I will be reimbursed. |

The view from the room over the Bay of Naples was spectacular and the staff were very helpful. Access to public transport (via Funicular) was easy but was not indicated on the details of the hotel and taxi services were expensive. |

Great view, very good restaurant, nice staff, free internet access. The room was quite noisy and too hot. The restaurant is a bit expensive. |

I found all the staff to be very helpful and friendly. I do not speak Italian, but didn't find it a problem, as most of the staff I spoke to could speak a certain amount of English. I was a little nervous as too what this Hotel would be like, after reading some other reviews. But I cannot say there was anything I didn't like about it. My only critisism would be the view from the bedroom. For a 3 night stay, I think it was quite expensive. Although I could see the sea to the right of my room, directly in fron of it was another building. |

the view from the hotel was wonderful but the room was really small and that we didn't expect. We knew it was economy for 1 night before we returned home but we could barely walk around the bed. |

The room was very comfortable and the views from our balcony and the restaurant were fantastic. The food in the restaurant both for dinner and breakfast was good. No other restaurants or evening entertainment close by. If taxis were booked through the hotel they charged double what local taxis charged. We were caught out twice with this. |

The view. The location is too bad. It takes around 30 minutes to walk down the mountain and reach the metro station. Then it takes another 10 minutes to reach the city center or main trainstation. Another option is taking a taxi. However, we took taxi several times, all taxi drivers want cheat us (one ask 50 euro for 5 minutes drive). |

The view from the terrace is wonderful. The restaurant is not very good. The breakfast is not great at all and the dinner menu is overpriced and a bit simplistic. No pool and nothing to do in the hotel. |
