Hotel information

The hotel was built in 1950, and as you can be seen by the photos it is a construction style liberty.
The hotel has 25 rooms for a total of 55 places.
To reach the three floors we have installed recently a new elevator.
We have various rooms where we can organize small congresses, meetings, reading room, tv room, bar, internet point.
We have an ample garden surrounded by secular threes with solarium, playground for children, petanque and tennis playground, parking lot for hotel's clients.

Food & beverage

The hotel has two restaurants one to the inside and one to the outside (You Rotunda) leaned out on the Sacred Wood of Monteluco, for a total of 160 places.
The kitchen offers a rich variety of proposals, inspired to the most ancient local traditions and to the tastes of the kitchen Umbra and Italian, with the tasting of our base dishes of mushrooms, truffle and grilled meats all accompanied by our wines of ours furnished wine cellar.

The 25 rooms of the hotel offers an elegant atmosphere and they are endowed with private services, direct telephone and TV, with a magnificent sight on the park.
To the morning the only risk to wake up is from the song of the birds.

The hotel is located 10 minutes by Spoleto, city of art, history, culture and with a unique gastronomic tradition indeed (truffles,oil ,mushrooms, meats and famous wines).
We are based in a comfortable position which able you to visit lots of Umbra’s Towns as Perugia, Assisi, Spello, Gubbio, Montefalco, Todi and Orvieto.
Monteluco is indeed a unique place that soon will become patrimony of the U.N.E.S.C.O.
We are immersed in a natural park of secular threes from where you can be admired the views on the valley Spoletina.
You admire the Franciscan convent, founded by St. Francis in 1218 and the small church that it preserves works of art of notable importance.
For the one who loves to walk, to make trekking or to go to mountain-bike there are numerous paths signaled by the C.A.I very easy and comfortable.

Travel information

To reach us from Rome, get out of the highway A1 to the exit of Orte and take direction Terni, Spoleto. At the first entry of Spoleto, there is the entry for Monteluco.
From Florence, get out of the highway A1, to the exit of Valdichiana and take the direction for Perugia, Assisi, Foligno, Spoleto, to the second entry of Spoleto there is the entry for Monteluco.
