Very clean and comfortable, friendly staff, just a short walk from the city center and easy access to metro and train.
The WIFI was not working properly in our room at our time of stay.
Friendly staff Clean We got 2 gifts when check in and out
TV was not working
great location close to Termini station, helpful staff
noise from the street
The proximity to Termini station is fantastic. The shower is good..and the unit is EXTREMELY clean. Mose also is a fabulous host giving good tips and always on hand when he says he will be. Very friendly and very accommodating. He waited for our arrival with no complaints- which was well after 1 am. The ability to leave our luggage on our check out day was welcomed and he was there on our return.... The accommodation is brilliant if you will be out and about...to rest your head you couldn't ask for anything more.
For the price compared to other hotels I think it was a bit steep. For the same price you could get breakfast elsewhere. The bed was also a little hard...but after all the exploring....you are asleep before tour head touches the pillow!!!
Very friendly English speaking staff Tidy Well situated
Nice room for very good price
Owner did his best but i think he is not made to be a receptionist:) Are is not the pritiest-makes you not so comfortable to walk at night. Maybe to be expected living 3 min from central station
The location is near the metro or train station, it is very convenient. The staff is nice and willing to offer help.
The location is difficult to find. There is no stuff on duty for the hotel continuously. You need to make a call to the owner if you arrive before the pre-stated time. Otherwise you cannot get inside to the hotel.
For the price the hotel was very good, the rooms were clean and comfortable. The owner of the hotel couldn't do enough to help and fixed the wifi numerous times
We were two girls travelling alone. The fist day we were welcomed by our host who spoke really good english and almost prepared a plan of journey for us. He explained everything including bus numbers we will need to use! The room was perfect, very clean and quite cold due to the stone floor - we have seen air condition but did not use it. Towels were changed every day and also after all day in hot Rome there was a cold water waiting for us in the fridge. The bathroom was very clean and even though it was shared we only once in 4 days waited for 5 minutes. Very nice location near Termini station. We have had a room with a view at the small beautiful park and there was a great coffee place just around the corner :))))
I would not recomend this hotel to a girl traveling alone who wants to come back to the hotel late at night. There were two of us and it was om but when you are alons there are people hanging around Termini station so just be careful - it is better to come back from the other side, not Termini :)
close to the train station, the owner is really helpful.
It's a little hard to find - the door isn't very well marked.
The owner is very welcoming and helpful. We enjoyed our stay very much! Great location with lots off food and mini market nearby,
Toilet small. Single bed was a small and a little uncomfortable.
Location, price and cleanliness, staff
No one around to get iron etc. Also quite difficult to find.
It was perfect
I had to call the phone before checking in but it was ok everything
Everything was great, we only stayed one night as we were flying to another place the next day and needed somewhere to rest. Staff were very helpful, room and bathroom were both clean. Fantastic location.
Everything about this place was great. The location couldn't be more central, but at the same time it wasn't noisy at all. The place was extremely clean and comfortable. The host was genuinely nice and very helpful. He gave us plenty of information about everything to do in Rome and how to get around. I highly recommend this place!
Nothing not to like. Everything was perfect.
The hotel was walking distance from the train station Termini. The room had lots of room for the 3 of us and the bathroom facilities were good. The manager was excellent and very helpful. It was a good price for Rome.
I found it hard to find when we first arrived. We arrived in a down pour. I had expectations of some signage on the building but once we figured that out all was fine.
Location was excellent and within walking distance of most attractions. The staff was very helpful and gave good suggestions.
For the price, a simple breakfast could be provided and the bathroom was outside the room. Though these are not really bad points, just some areas of improvement. Overall, this is still good value for money!
We booked last minute and got a room with shared bathroom. The room was really clean and quite big, not luxury but we didn't mind at all. Very close to Termini station. The owner is very kind too.
The Wifi is not even detectable from the room, at least from our, so we couldn't use it. Also early in the morning, is a bit noisy from the street and neighbour, but nothing unbearable. Maybe a little expensive for what it is, but we were happy as we were in a hurry to find an accommodation.
Spacious Room Very Clean Near Transportation, restaurants, market Very nice management
No Signage outside building
Very nice room, great staff: friendly, helpful and English speaking.
Five minutes from the station. Perfectly clean. Nice bedrooms and bathrooms.
Great location for getting around the sites of Rome. It's within a few minutes walking from the main train station and metro and bus lines making this incredible easy to going places. It's a block off of the street where the train station is, so it is safe. The staff was very patient with our dumb questions and took a great deal of time explaining which lines to take to get to the sites. Their recommendations for restaurants was also week appreciated. I would recommend the Paramount for everyone.
I little difficult to find the actual hotel as the only sign is next to the door bell. Building is easy to find by the address: but since it doesn't look like a hotel, one needs to check the door bell signs.
Actually we like everything. Our host was friendly, helpful and simply nice guy. He answered every question and found everything we need. If you are going to travel location near Termini station is a good choice, but you should know, it is not the best district in Rome.
WiFi signal, but actually we have good one only in one hotel in Italy.
Clean, friendly employees, safe, excellent price/quality!
Hi guys. Just want to share our experience about this hotel. Everything was fabulous. We had a great day there. Mose, the staff, was friendly and supportive. The room was extremely clean, nice and tidy. Public transportation is close to this place so going around is easy. The price was reasonable compare to other hotels. We strongly recommend Paramount for everyone.
