This was a clean and comfortable hotel with friendly and helpful staff, located in the new part of Poppi. It is a good location from which to visit the old town, and the surrounding countryside and mountains.

Delightful welcome and hospitality from charming receptionist. Marvellous room with lovely balcony. Excellent local food in restaurant at very reasonable prices, overseen by genial host. Unequivocal recommendation for value for money, and only a short distance from one of the prettiest villages in Italy.n

It was unfortunate there was some building work during our stay. Its a shame that this was done in high season but it didn't detract from the hotel quality.

Until the drilling began it was an ok serviceable 3star close to a wedding reception I attended. Nice pool (until the workmen arrived!)

Our stay was blighted by work being simultaneously carried out on the roof and next to the pool area. At one point there were pneumatic drills working on the roof which vibrated through the entire structure and also next to the pool where we were trying to relax. It was actually kind of tragically funny, but mostly rubbish. Staff weren't overly apologetic or particularly engaging at all. Shame!

Restaurant, peaceful, friendly staff.

The bedroom was nice and clean. The restaurant had lovely food - in particular the pizzas.

There were no tea and coffee making facilities in the room. The airconditioning was temperamental. Breakfast was ok, but quite basic. The hotel had a bar, but no one ever seemed to be working there. They kept our passports in an open pigeon-hole behind the front desk, which was not always manned and therefore hardly very secure. All of this was minor, and explained mostly by the fact that it was a small hotel in a very small town, but the worst part of the stay was that the hotel had decided that it was a great idea to carry out renovation works during peak season. There was drilling and digging next to the pool, and also on the roof. They timing of these renovation works was awful and without this, it would have been a great stay. We had no warning prior to arrival that there would have been building works, and if we had known, we would not have stayed there.

O Hotel é limpo, confortável, tem piscina, é próximo a um restaurante excelente. O banheiro é limpo e tem bom tamanho, o box é um pouco pequeno, mas nada que atrapalhe. Vista para o Castelo de Poppi. é longe a área de agroturismo, mas a cidade é tão pequena, que não sei se isso atrapalha.

em geral foi tudo muito bom! nada que tenha incomodado.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich u. zuvorkommend. Das Hotel wird auch als Bikerausgangspunkt genutzt. Biker haben hier eine eigene Garage. Frühstück war gut. Zimmer sauber. Das dazugehörige Restaurant ist zu empfehlen.

Buona posizione tra Camaldoli e la Verna. Buon rapporto qualità prezzo.

L'albergo è pulito, il personale cortese, il rapporto qualità prezzo è adeguato. L'albergo è nuovo e tutte le strutture in buono stato, anche se un po' di fantasia e di caratterizzazione non guasterebbero, così come aggiungere alla colazione qualche pietanza salata.

Staff gentilissimo, camere pulite, buon arredamento, moderno, Colazione sufficiente. Cena al ristorante dell'albergo decisamente consigliabile. Buon rapporto qualità-prezzo.

Das Hotel wird als Familienbetrieb geführt. Alle waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir durften auch auswählen, welches Zimmer wir schlussendlich beziehen wollten. Ich war schon einige mal in dem Hotel und war jedes mal auf das angenehmste Überrascht. Es ist einfach typisch Italienisch!

Der Aussenpool wird leider schon Ende September geschlossen. Da es Ende Oktober immer noch sehr warm war, hätten wir den ganz sicher in Anspruch genommen.

La gentilezza e la cortesia dei titolari dell'albergo,la pulizia impeccabile delle camere e soprattutto un'ottima cucina toscana.

Abbiamo trovato la struttura complessivamente all'altezza delle nostre aspettative, a partire dalla gentilezza e dalla disponibilità dei proprietari e di tutto lo staff. La camera che ci è stata assegnata però era piuttosto rumorosa, sia perché affacciata su una rotatoria, sia perché si avvertiva il ronzio di una centralina funzionante a poca distanza.

La cena dell'ultimo giorno ci ha lasciati un po' insoddisfatti.

Ottima posizione per una visita al Casentino, costellato di monasteri e borghi medievali. Buona cucina, bella piscina, gentilezza e disponibilità.

Chambres très propres, salles de douche modernes et également très propres. Climatisation efficace et peu bruyante. Hôtel calme, bien insonorisé. Piscine très agréable. Accueil chaleureux et disponibilité du personnel.

Petit déjeuner complet mais d'une qualité trop basique.
