Located in the small village of Cima di Porlezza, the hotel is only 15 km away from the city centre of Lugano in Switzerland. In addition to this, within a 15 minute drive you can also reach the small town of Porlezza and the traditional Menaggio & Cadennabbia golf club.

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The rooms were very nice, with fantastic views of the lake and mountains, and the hotel was very child friendly. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Almost everything...

When we've checked in, the staff should have told us that we could have taken the "half board" option that offers a much better price in the main restaurant for dinner instead of paying non-reasonable price "à la carte" for exactly the same food...

Service was impeccable. The resort was a true oasis and the staff did everything to make our stay enjoyable. The scope of children and adult activities was very impressive. We had a wonderful time and would certainly return, hopefully, for a longer stay.

Es herrschte eine warme freundliche Atmosphäre, die Hotelmitarbeiter snd sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer sind wunderschön und haben einige liebevolle Details.

Der einzige Nachteil ist, daß man mit dem Bademantel durch die Rezeptionshalle gehen muß um in den Wellnessbereich zu gelangen

meine reklamation wegen des zimmers wurde freundlich und direkt aufgenommen und gelöst.

das zuerst zugeteilte zimmer war eine 4,5* hotel in keinster weise gerecht.
