We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The rooms were very nice, with fantastic views of the lake and mountains, and the hotel was very child friendly. I would highly recommend this hotel. |

Almost everything... When we've checked in, the staff should have told us that we could have taken the "half board" option that offers a much better price in the main restaurant for dinner instead of paying non-reasonable price "à la carte" for exactly the same food... |

Service was impeccable. The resort was a true oasis and the staff did everything to make our stay enjoyable. The scope of children and adult activities was very impressive. We had a wonderful time and would certainly return, hopefully, for a longer stay. |

Sehr freundlicher Service, kunden- und personenorientiert, hervorragende Aufteilung, ausgezeichnestes Frühstück, umfangreiche zusätzliche Service-Leistungen, gepflegter Park mit botanischen Erlärungen. Die Anlage hat sicher auch 5 Sterne verdient. Tennisplatz ist nach Regenfällen nicht so schnell wieder benutzbar ( Wasser-Ablauf sollte verbessert werden ). |

überdachter Freisitz vor der Suite, Ruhe am Pool, da für Kinder der Fun-Pool zu benutzen war, separater Frühstücksbereich für Familien Benutzung Fun-Pool war kostenpflichtig, was aus der Homepage und Preisliste jedoch nicht ersichtlich war. Viel Treppenlaufen, was bei Gehproblemen schwierig ist und aus der Hotelbeschreibung nicht hervorging |

Zeer goed hotel, alleen spijtig dat de toegankelijkheid voor een baby beperkt is (enkel trappen). Tevens was er een probleem met de boeking, namelijk de laatste nacht was de kamer niet beschikbaar terwijl op internet de kamer als beschikbaar was aangeduid en de dag nadien nog op internet als beschikbaar stond. Graag had ik hier een reactie van jullie oevr gehad. |
