Only good thing about the hotel is view of the room. The hotel is so old. Needs to be refurbished. Bathroom is so old and dirty and shower is so small that you can not turn around. No wifi and internet next to the reception is not working. |

The view of the sea from the room was beautiful as you could see far in all directions. When we arrived the guy at the desk wouldn't speak to us. Then we arrived at the room there were no towels (at least we thought so) and no blanket (it was cold). At our surprise the "nice" receptionist gave us a dirty old blanket and told us the carpets hanging in the shower were supposed to be the towels. The shower is small you can not sit on the toilets as your legs would not fit. Btw the Pool is not open (not on the website). We had an in-coming phone call and they could not transfer so we had to go speak in the reception but then where asked to hang up as it was the only phone. There is no Wifi Internet. Poor breakfast. And cleaner came at 10 to kick us out of the room while we where getting dressed with out knocking. |

The English speaking recepionist that was the most nice person our of the entire staff. The captain could be more nice, smily and cooperative including the son. This is not a value for money at all. The internet is too expensive and it is about time they will use wireless or internet in the rooms which are old and not very clean. |

The hotel was nice but it is the hotel staff that made this stay fantastic. The kitchen was closed the night we got there, but the staff opened the dining room and the chef made a very nice meal for us with local cuisine. This type of extra effort was shown throughout our stay in many ways to make our stay exceptional. |

La posizione dell'hotel è decisamente invidiabile. Si trova fronte mare con accesso diretto alla pista ciclabile e alle spiaggie. Offre inoltre un ampio parcheggio. Una struttura di grande potenzialità, ma gestita in modo approssimativo Professionalità dello staff decisamente carente. Il servizio di colazione al limite della decenza, sia dal punto di vista della qualità che del servizio. |

Ho prenotato una camera con vista mare, che era spettacolare. Vicinanza a bella spiaggetta libera ma attrezzata. Fermate autobus per il centro città comode. Letto matrimoniale con 2 materassini uniti, scomodissimi e semi-sfondati. Solo 1 piccola saponetta in camera per due persone. Colazione carente. Inadeguato al prezzo alto della camera. |

L'aspetto esteriore (ex villa Savoia), la posizione, decentrato e comodo per l'autostrada, il panorama favoloso La pulizia delle camere... nella nostra c'erano le formiche e durante la notte ci camminavano addosso.L'hotel è in una posizione e ha un aspetto bellissimo (ex villa Savoia) ma la manutenzione è ridotta ai minimi termini e fanno solo il necessario. La colazione è al minimo, vista la tariffa intera (110-120 euro) ci si aspetta qualcosa in più, sulla strada in uscita dall'Hotel c'è una voragine, se non ci si sta attenti ci si va dentro. parcheggio scarso. |

la possibilità di parcheggio anche se non agevolissima, presenza della piscina, posizione e vista panoramica direttamente sul mare scarsa pulizia delle camere, mancanza di frigo bar in camera, confusione eccessiva alla reception, assoluta carenza di servizio al bar e bevande non disponibili per non funzionamento dei banchi frigo. |

Bardzo dobra obsługa pani, która sprzątała nasz pokój i pani, która obsługiwała nas podczas śniadania. Poza tym był balkon, gdzie można było siedzieć wieczorem. Bardzo blisko do plaży. English: very good room service, balcony and near to beach. Zdjęcia w internecie zrobione bardzo umiejętnie - nie pokazują szczegółów: Hotel przy ruchliwej ulicy. Jest bardzo zaniedbany, nie wygląda na trzy gwiazdki, ale co najwyżej na jedną gwiazdkę. Kiedyś musiał być piękny, teraz tapeta odchodzi ze ścian, stare okna, z których odchodzi farba, kabina prysznicowa podniszczona, łazienka bez wentylacji. Brak klimatyzacji, jedynie wiatrak elektryczny, który nie wystarcza w tym klimacie. TV w pokoju tylko po włosku. Po przyjeździe nie mogliśmy się dogadać, bo pani nas obsługująca w recepcji ni w ząb po angielsku. Nigdy więcej za taką cenę. English: only one star!, neglected hotel, no air-conditioning, only Italian TV, never again with this price! |

Colazione Camera poco accogliente e bagno distrutto(mattonelle rotte, doccia con tendina, l’acqua della doccia usciva in camera dal muro), in tre notti non sono mai stati cambiati gli asciugamani. |

Esternamente l'hotel è molto carino Hotel poco pulito, nella moquette della reception ci sono molti peli di animali che sono accettati nell’hotel. La camera economy è veramente scadente soprattutto il bagno. |

Sehr schönes Haus mit altem Flair. Sehr nettes Personal. Die Lage mit Blick aufs Meer.Uns hat es nicht gestört, es ist aber alles nicht mehr so neu, aber sauber! Also uns als Städter hat es nich gestört. Aber für jemanden mit leichtem Schlaf - bei offenem Fenster hört man doch den Straßenlärm. (Straße vorm Hotel) |
