Fantastic location with some excellent facilities. The hotel swimming pool was only available for 2 days to the hotels residents due to other events that the hotel had arranged. We were not informed of this at the time of booking. If we had known that based on the extremely high room rate that not all the hotels facilities would be available to us then we would of not booked this holiday. The surround, seaview, park. Absolutely not a five stars hotel. I'd give maximum 3 stars. The furnitures 2 stars, the services 3 stars, the staff 3 stars, and.....the "wonderful" breakfast 1 star. So poor breakfast I steel really haven't seen ! The surround of the hotel, the park and the beach were awesome. |

Great design, spectacular location with fabulous se view room. Friendly staff, excellent food. It was good that the hotel provides a shuttle bus into the town centre the downside of this was it ceased at 6pm |

Location Ancillary services seemed high. When traveling and you need some laundry services it is a bit unrealistic to think that you would have to spend over 6 Euros to have a pair of jeans washed. The front desk was a bit hit and miss, sometimes the staff would be helpful and friendly and other times they seemed indifferent and did not seem to care. |

The views across the bay were excellent. Staff were very courteous. The lunch at the beach restaurant was the best that I had during my whole 2 week stay in Italy! Unfortunately upon arrival the hotel had double booked our room on the first night so we had to go to a different hotel which did not have a swimming pool. This however was compensated by a free meal, drinks and a bottle of sparkling wine in our room upon arrival the following day. Nice touch but I would have prefered to have stayed at this hotel. I reccomend that you contact the hotel to check B4 |

Location was really good. Only 15 minutes walk to Sorrento city center. Great staff and hotel area. Prices on minibar og lunch was high. 5 EUR for a can of mineral water is too much. And EUR 8 for a simple toast. |

The hotel has fantastic views and is not too far a walk (20 mins) from the centre of Sorrento. The prices in the restaurants of food and drink is way over the top and if sun bathing at beach you are not allowed to bring in food from outside of the hotel. Hotel advertise they run a free shuttle bus service to centre of Sorrento but only mention on check in that it is only between 9am-6pm. Decor of hotel needs updating, well preserved from the 1970's but could do with a face lift. |

Friendliness of staff overall. Efficiency and friendliness of Maitre d' (Sylvia) who ran restaurant at breakfast. Lunch pool side menu was very limited and very expensive. Additionally the quality of ingredients was very poor and the presentation was appalling. Additionally if i am being charged an inflated amount of money for a lemon soda I expect it to be a freshly made drink, not a 60 cent can from the supermarket. 5 star hotel???, food 6 star prices, street stall standards. |

Everything was fine, except the noise because of the tile flooring, We didnot like the abovementioned noise, because it was difficult to have a good night sleep, when you can hear every footstep above you and in the staircase and outside your room. |
