The views are excellent and the location of the hotel on the front is beautiful. I did not like to decor of the hotel. Too blue and it gave me a headache and felt like a redecorated mental institute. Some of the staff were very friendly but the head receptionist was very rude. The bar and restaurant prices were ridiculously expensive. The shuttle to the town centre should have run more frequently - it felt like it ran at times that were convenient to the staff not the guests. |

The beach area was really great. The hotel bus transfer system did not operate before 9 am. Most people need to leave earlier in the morning especially if they are going to catch a bus/ train. I think this service shoudl be available earlier on request. |

The Clifftop Location and Views were amazing. Pool and beach also great. Walk to town was not for the faint hearted. Food in hotel overpriced. |

The hotel was clean an comfortable. We had an absolute brillant view from the room window overlooking the sea. The pool was an absolute disgrace. It was full of leaves and skum. It does not be kept clean. If you ordered anything extra other than the buffet breakfast it was very expensive. I paid €15 for a plain egg omelette |

Very efficient and friendly staff. Superb restaurant by the sea. Rooms with great view and spacious having to pay to park the car, 15 euros per day is expensive |

The view from the terrace across the Bay of Naples and Vesuvius was wonderful. The gardens added a feeling of peace and relaxation. We were glad to be just far enough away from the noisy Corso Italia. Someone scraping a chair on the floor tiles in the room above until 1.00 am. Slightly annoying. |

were there for a family wedding all services were excellent and staff were extremely helpful and friendly, however, having food within the hotel must be signed for which can leave you with quite a large bill when leaving instead of paying for them at the time. We also experienced a few guests signing for rooms in which they were not staying in, I think maybe a swipe key system would be more suitable in this situation, also I think prices of food is quite expensive ( 16 euro for a small plate of marinated peppers) even for a 5 star hotel. tiles in the hotel corridors caused quite a racket in the morning as guests were checking out |

The design of the hotel was unusual but refreshing. Excellent views of the Bay of Naples and there was a good shuttle bus to take you into town. The gym was a bit small and a jacuzzi/sauna would have been nice. |

The food was consistently good and the restaurant staff were fab. The decor was outdated and the room a lil small - a bit dissapointing considering the price! Still, the view was lovely. |

For the second time the Parco Dei Principi made for an excellent holiday. The hotel was impeccably clean, and the staff warm and friendly. Needless to say, we shall certainly return. |

THe location and view from our Hotel room was extraordinary. The small Beach and Ocean Area were excellent. The dining room manager and staff in the Restuarant were wonderful Room Accomodations were in no way 5 star. The walls were bashed in, the interiors stark and bare, the A/C insufficient. The shuttle driver was very rude. Pricing for meals was simply ridiculous. |

The beach!!!!! The atmosphere was also wonderful with a very Dali-esque vibe to the 1962 architecture. Also, it was completely accessible for me in my wheelchair. Prices of food and drink. Don't get me wrong, the food was good, but novalue for the money. Also, breakfast was not good enough to entice you to eat at the restaurant for dinner. Lunch you were stuck, because you can't bring any outside food to the beach or pool. According to the hotel signs, it is forbidden. |

Wanted to stay becuase huge fan of Italian Mid-Century Modernism and it did not disappoint. This hotel is Soooooooo cool, a bit like staying on the set of a 1960's James Bond film set. Furniture and fittings to die for (for fans of this era). Book a room with a sea view, it's entirely worth a bit extra for the views over the bay of Naples. Utterly romantic. Wonderful pool and good little beach. Great staff - A sense of gliding efficiency prevails. Only bad thing was that one night we were a bit disturbed by a full-on, thumping disco - couldn't realy tell if it was coming from below the hotel or further along the bay, or from one of the docked Cruise liners. It finished by about 12.30, not sure how regularly this occurs.10 euro charge for an hours internet didn't go down too well either & food in beach restaurant rather expensive for what it is. |

Fantastic location with some excellent facilities. The hotel swimming pool was only available for 2 days to the hotels residents due to other events that the hotel had arranged. We were not informed of this at the time of booking. If we had known that based on the extremely high room rate that not all the hotels facilities would be available to us then we would of not booked this holiday. This is the only thing that tarnished our stay at the... |

The surround, seaview, park. Absolutely not a five stars hotel. I'd give maximum 3 stars. The furnitures 2 stars, the services 3 stars, the staff 3 stars, and.....the "wonderful" breakfast 1 star. So poor breakfast I steel really haven't seen ! The surround of the hotel, the park and the beach were awesome. |
