The size of our room. Room was old, tired & dated, so didn't appear clean especially bathroom. We were on the 7th floor, and the noise from the bar at night was very loud. Breakfast very poor, and having to pay expensive rates to use the pool. Member of staff who checked us in was not very pleasant, and continued to talk to other staff throughout, didn't explain anything to us. Stayed in better hotels in Rome. |

The whole experience was good but the pool was excellent! The staff were helpful and polite, easy to get into the center of town using the Metro. Breakfast wasn't quite so good having to eat with the groups, tours and school parties, there should be a place where individual guests can eat more quietly. |

Helpful staff and spacious rooms. Location; it is a couple miles outside of the city center. The pool has a separate, expensive, fee. |

parking et proximité du métro et des lignes de bus petit déjeuner de 6h30 à 9h30 sauf qu'à 8h30 il n'y a plus rien sur le buffet!!! |

Poolverbot, keine Möglichkeit im Freien zu essen, da alle Stühle und Tische vom Personal verräumt wurden usw. |

ολα ηταν πολυ φτωχα την παροχη υπηρεσιων. δεν ειχε φαγητο γιατι οπωσ μασ ειπε ο υπαλληλοσ, φαγητο εχει μονο για τα γκρουπ και οχι για μεμονομενα ατομακαι επρεπε να περπατησουμε σε ενα κοντινο εστιατοριο να παρουμε φαγητο για να παμε στο δωματιο. το κτηριο θελει ανακαινιση. επισησ διαφημιζει πισινα την οποια δεν βρικαμε ποτε |

Das Hotel ist vom Flughafen oder bei Anreise mit dem Auto leicht zu erreichen. Ruhige Lage in einem Park , kein Strassenlärm . Metro oder Bus zu Fuss in 10 Minuten. Große , modern eingerichtete Suiten , kein Teppichboden . Bewachter Parkplatz . Bar und Restaurante waren geschlossen . Mahlzeiten wurden in einem Saal im Untergeschoss des Hotels eingenommen ( sehr laut , ungemütlich , verschmutzte Tischdecken wurden nicht gewechselt ). Zimmer wurden im Schnellverfahren gereinigt , unter den Betten lag eine dicke Staubschicht . Keine Stühle und Tisch auf dem Balkon . |

l'ampiezza delle stanze,la pulizia e la cortesia e disponibilità del personale Le camere non sono assolutamente insonorizzate,si sente tutto quanto ed è molto fastidioso,la doccia era un pò piccola almeno nella mia stanza,la colazione lascia a desiderare.siamo in italia facciamo il caffè italiano non americano per favore!! |
