The staff. Have stayed at this hotel 4 years ago, loved it, great breakfast had a different room. This one was excessively noisy, requested a change were put in attic, no window, broken tiles, stained carpet, tobacco stench, being non smokers was hard to handle, average breakfast a much changed hotel.. |

First of all central location. As we complaint about the fleas they managed it in an propriate way. Fleas, unimaginable, but for 4 days I could not sleep because of fleas in the bed. Pigeons on terrase, on breakfast table, in plat while we were eating. Hotel of animals?! |

The breakfast room is spectacular! And the buffet was always excellent. You can also use the terrace on the first floor for take-out meals. Our double room was large, spacious and very clean. The hotel is also in a great spot: very near the train station and all the historic parts of Florence. The internet connection is only available in one area (inconvenient) and the a.c. in our room was not adjustable (so it was a little bit warm). |

The hotel is right in the centre of Florence, minuts away from the main station and from the famous Duomo. The hotel is in a former "Renaissance" palace from wich it preserved the style and has a breakfast room with a beautiful painted cealling. The staff was cheerful and speaks several languages (english, french). The donwside of being in the center is that the street is a bit noisy, but the noise was acceptable during the night. |

The only thing I liked about the hotel was that it was in the city center. I did not actually like anything about the hotel. It was my honeymoon trip and I regret to have chosen this hote. |

Location is perfect, in the middle of Florence, close view of Dome of Princes and Duomo. Friendly and helpfull staff. For Italian standards good breakfast. The hotel is a quirky labyrint, wich gives its charme. There was an irritating smell of sewer in the bathroom. |

The location of Hotel Paris is just perfect - 5 minutes walk from the train station and at the heart of Florence - we walked to all of the places and shops. The front desk staff of Francesco, Chiara, Massimo & Alessio are all multilingual and have an excellent approach to their guests. |

Location, gently staff The room was very old, bad maintained and noisy. Breakfast was poor, coffee and cappuccino came from an automatic machine. The hotel could be a honest 2 stars. |

Pleasant breakfast room. Very central but overpriced. There are no facilities apart from an ancient pc for the internet (just the one for the whole hotel). The rooms are very basic for the price, some fittings do not exist. The air conditioning and bathroom ventilation were disconnected. The thermostat regulator for the bathroom heating had been removed (probably saves on heating costs). The room was rather muffy. |

L'accueil; la chambre libre à 8h du matin, en arrivant de la gare ( une chance sans doute!) et le petit dejeuner proposé gracieusement ce même jour. Chambre un peu sombre, manquant un peu d'éclairage.. |
