The hotel is right in the centre of Florence, minuts away from the main station and from the famous Duomo. The hotel is in a former "Renaissance" palace from wich it preserved the style and has a breakfast room with a beautiful painted cealling. The staff was cheerful and speaks several languages (english, french). The donwside of being in the center is that the street is a bit noisy, but the noise was acceptable during the night. |

The only thing I liked about the hotel was that it was in the city center. I did not actually like anything about the hotel. It was my honeymoon trip and I regret to have chosen this hote. |

Location is perfect, in the middle of Florence, close view of Dome of Princes and Duomo. Friendly and helpfull staff. For Italian standards good breakfast. The hotel is a quirky labyrint, wich gives its charme. There was an irritating smell of sewer in the bathroom. |

The location of Hotel Paris is just perfect - 5 minutes walk from the train station and at the heart of Florence - we walked to all of the places and shops. The front desk staff of Francesco, Chiara, Massimo & Alessio are all multilingual and have an excellent approach to their guests. |

Location, gently staff The room was very old, bad maintained and noisy. Breakfast was poor, coffee and cappuccino came from an automatic machine. The hotel could be a honest 2 stars. |

Pleasant breakfast room. Very central but overpriced. There are no facilities apart from an ancient pc for the internet (just the one for the whole hotel). The rooms are very basic for the price, some fittings do not exist. The air conditioning and bathroom ventilation were disconnected. The thermostat regulator for the bathroom heating had been removed (probably saves on heating costs). The room was rather muffy. |

Location and the building itself. Parking service became an huge argument/discussion at the reception in front of other guests. I want to end the discussion but the hotel employee kept explaining his point continiously. Case was solved later by himself. 4 days we had a good feeling and just one minute it got a little out of hand. Furthermore.....service by all employees was excellent. |

Relaxed atmosphere. Very close to city and shopping area. Extremly authentic old Florentine house/castle - especially the breakfast room and surroundings - everything, even the rooms, have the touch of the golden age of Florence and form the right basis and spirit for sightseeingin florence. The breakfast could be better. Highlight the history of the building, the rooms and make a list of the location of the most beautiful interior (eg breakfast room, old toilet, old handwash basin/water tap etc.) |
