Friendly staff who were always willing to help. Also, superb central location.

The location of the hotel is 5 min away from the Railway Station and from the Duomo. Very nice and helpful staff, excellent self-service breakfast.

Very thin walls, could hear people talking, taking a shower, watching TV next door as if they were in my room! I definitely recommend ear plugs.

Have stayed at this hotel 4 years ago, loved it, great breakfast had a different room. This one was excessively noisy, requested a change were put in attic, no window, broken tiles, stained carpet, tobacco stench, being non smokers was hard to handle, average breakfast a much changed hotel..

First of all central location. As we complaint about the fleas they managed it in an propriate way.

Fleas, unimaginable, but for 4 days I could not sleep because of fleas in the bed. Pigeons on terrase, on breakfast table, in plat while we were eating. Hotel of animals?!

Excellent location, very clean rooms, staff was very polite.

The hotel is right in the centre of Florence, minuts away from the main station and from the famous Duomo. The hotel is in a former "Renaissance" palace from wich it preserved the style and has a breakfast room with a beautiful painted cealling. The staff was cheerful and speaks several languages (english, french).

The donwside of being in the center is that the street is a bit noisy, but the noise was acceptable during the night.

Location is perfect, in the middle of Florence, close view of Dome of Princes and Duomo. Friendly and helpfull staff. For Italian standards good breakfast. The hotel is a quirky labyrint, wich gives its charme.

There was an irritating smell of sewer in the bathroom.

The location of Hotel Paris is just perfect - 5 minutes walk from the train station and at the heart of Florence - we walked to all of the places and shops. The front desk staff of Francesco, Chiara, Massimo & Alessio are all multilingual and have an excellent approach to their guests.
