Clean and comfortable.

Unable to check in until 1830, even then had to go looking for someone A lot of noise from the restaurant below Not much around the area

Great location. Walking distance to historical part of town. The suites had a lift! Modern, spacious and elegant suites with a separate living/kitchen area, bedroom and bathroom. Highly recommend. Staff very helpful.

It was extremely clean and the suites and all the facilities are superb. The lady at the reception was also outstandingly helpful always ready to provide the information that makes a difference. The whole stay was a pleasant experience highly recommended to people who intend to travel in this region.

The restaurant.Gourmet for the beginners yet the prices are exorbitant when considering the quality of the food.

A wonderful appartment. You cannot ask for more.

Arriving is a project as the hotel is situated in a pedestrian area. Even when you drive according to the signs it turns out that the area is only open to residents and the hotel has to report the police about you after checking in. We could not tell when and where we crossed the restricted area and it could have been easier for everybody to tell us BEFORE arriving how to reach the place. Also parking becomes a project for the same reason. Much logistics but it is worth it if you stay long enough.

Modern and chic, renovated beautifully apartment complex and easy to access if have car. So quiet inside with shutters so sleep in possible, kitchen with essentials but there's a good coffee bar to the right of reception. Short walk to town centre. Lovely staff.

The breakfast served is of low quality, except for the coffee. I would think that a nice place like this, could provide fresh bread, juice, fruit etc. The bread was packaged stuff, and the fruit, was with plenty of sugar in a jar. very few meters going right from the front door, you will get things that are much better.

Excellent accommodation in the beautiful city of Parma. Friendly staff, clean modern and spacious suite, perfect breakfast.

The studio apt. we had was clean,quiet, spacious modernly furnished. The receptionist was extremely helpful and pleasant. The place is within a short distance of the old town.

Eccellente ristorante stellato a piano terra, si é in centro cittá ma la corte interna é molto tranquilla, accoglienza perfetta da parte dei "padroni di casa", indicato anche per soggiorni prolungati, moderna suite dove non manca nulla!

Il servizio la gentilezza cortesia e' il punto forte. Una nota di merito alla sig.ra della reception davvero disponibile. Le camere sono accoglienti e nuove. Posizione strategica.
