service was amazing, we went during off season, so we got special attention. Let us check in way early and check out way late, because no one had booked the room after/ before our stay. Helped us organize our trips around the lake, and made us reservations to a wonderful restaurant. |

In touring Lake Como we were looking to stay in a town other than Como. This hotel served very nicely as a starting point / staying point for touring around the lake. It was comfortable, had a very helpful staff and was a quiet place to stay. It was also in a lovely place in it's own right - with views of the lake from the room. Don't know why they charged for parking, but they did. |

Everything. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room and toilet were clean.Room was of good size. Superb view. Breakfast was standard but of decent quality. Internet terminal. Very easy to get to by train. |

The room was recently refurbished, clean, modern, spacious with a lovely balcony and lake view. The staff were friendly, parking was plentiful and on site (however we did have to pay for it). Breakfast was served outside with views of the lake. Paying for parking seemed unreasonable. |

im hotel alles.Empfang, Zimmer, Seeblick, sky-channel. wir werden wiederkommen. das Restaurant im 2.Stock entsprach genau unseren Vorstellungen. Typisch italienische Küche. aufgestellte junge staff. sehr freudlich. tolle gerichte ,schneller service und günstig auch noch. nur das wir leider nach zwei tagen schon wieder nach hause mussten....daran sind wir aber selber schuld... |

Rapport qualité prix excellent pour la région du Lac de Côme - à seulement 20 minutes en voiture de Varenna où les navettes bateaux sont nombreuses et le village plein de charme Assurément pas 4 étoiles, plutôt 3 - insonorisation à revoir car relativement bruyant - odeurs de fritures assez désagréables et récurrentes le soir lorsqu'on laisse la fenêtre ouverte - le parking payant. |

Het was er prober en modern aangekleed, vriendelijk personeel. wij hebben er maar 2 dagen verbleven (doorreis naar Toscane) voor langer verblijf zou ik wel een zwembad missen. |
