The staff were great, the big family room perfect and we had a thoroughly good time in Venice. We had lovely food and wine in the restaurant and a great meal in the pizzeria/ trattoria around the corner. The location of the hotel was fine, easy to get to the vaporetto in the morning and fine to get home later in the evening.

The location. The bus would stop in front of the hotel and take us to Venice in 15 minutes.

Though location was great, the neighbourhood was quite rough.

We liked the information provided from the reception with regards to our possibilities for visiting Venice. The location of the hotel is in the vicinity of bus stops heading to Venice and also back from Venice, but watch out when planning your stay during local holidays; usually the bus is scheduled about 10 min apart; holidays about 1h depending on the period. I suggest to buy from the reception an all lines ticket which is available for all the public transport in Venice and the islands of Murano and Burano (Burano being our favorite)

Hotel is in very leafy surrounding. Rooms are very clean and spacious. Furniture and equipment in a room is very new. Staff is very friendly and helpful

One small thing - they are quite slow in getting room ready or doing it next day. Our room was not done until 4pm one day and on the day we arrived it wasn't ready. Internet connection was very slow sometimes

Excellent location, very convenient to bus stops with Venice access, nice local restaurants, and highways. Hotel staff was very nice and helpful. Facilities and restaurant were good..

Beds were very uncomfortable, and prices were a bit high. No coffee maker in room.

Family suite excellent - large bathroom and very large room divided in the middle. Very clean hotel and no noise from outside. Breakfast self serve wonderful with everything available and local cakes too! Had lunch on last day outside in the garden - lovely and the restaurant cooks amazing food. Near bus stop for Venice so easy to travel in/out. Quiet area with great ice cream parlour fab choices for kids. Very friendly, helpful staff. Would return if we visit Venice again.

Nice, clean, comfortable room. Very friendly staff. Good spread of breakfast. Somewhat away from Venice but is well worth the savings in tariff.

Room was little too small. The bathroom was even smaller. I am a small built man; could not turn comfortable in bathroom without hitting walls/door.

Reception staff VERY friendly and helpful. Remembered us the next day and made us feel welcome and cared for. Love the location on the bus line to get to Venice.

We were a family of 5 with a mini-van. We chose this hotel because of the free parking and easy access to Venice via public transportation. The bus stops right outside the hotel. The staff were very kind and extremely helpful. We bought our bus and vaporetto tickets for Venice at the hotel reception. Rooms were very clean and the beds were comfortable. Each room had a large walk in shower. We chose to eat at the restauraunt at the hotel and were glad we did. It was very good and much more affordable than eating in Venice. We ended up eating at the restaurant two times. If you are travelling by car with a family, this is a place to stay. (We booked 2 rooms). The breakfast was very good.

The staff were incredibly helpful and were even able to organise our tickets for transport to and around Venice. The bus to Venice is right outside the hotel and very easy to manage. The restaurant has delicious food and we ate there twice for dinner. The on-site parking was a real bonus.

I found the hotel staff to be very very friendly and helpful, the Reception, the kitchen, the cleaning staff, all seemed part of a family which immediately accommodated and welcomed us! The entire approach was that of solving problems smoothly and willingly with a smile! They went out of the way to help us to reach places of interest ! What I loved was high speed (lan plus wifi) internet facility in the rooms and every where ! So one could chalk out routes on google maps, or communicate on your iPhone or iPad with no extra cost !

Will have to think real hard to answer that question!

The staff was very friendly to extreme, i stayed at the hotel for one day just before leaving to Venice to stay there and they allowed me to leave my car at their parking lot even though i'm not staying at the hotel. it was very kind of them. in addition, they provided me with the all the information about Venice. the bus station is just 2 minutes walking and you can buy the tickets from them.

Nothing, except that the hotel location no shopping or restaurants nearby, it would be a great for those who is planning to visit Venice

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Although quite a way out of Venice, a good, frequent bus service from almost outside the hotel meant this was not a problem.

Our reception on arrival was very welcoming & we were informed of that was necessary without the need to ask. The dining room staff were attentive & helpful. Our room was first class & our whole experience was of great satisfaction. When we next visit Venice, this is where we will stay. We could not fault the hotel or staff. Well done the Ai Pini!!!

The staff couldnt have been more friendly and helpful with advice on transport to and from centre of Venice they organised both hire car and taxi for us as we didnt speak any Italian. The hotel was spotless and although we didnt eat many evening meals in the hotel, the buffet breakfast had a very wide range of foods that even the pickiest eater should find something they liked. My husband and I were celebrating our 25th wedding anniversary which we hadnt announced but they must have picked up on it sometime during the holiday and as we left they gave my husband a bottle of wine and myself a dried flower arrangement in a pretty little glass pot which I thought was a very sweet gesture. There was a range of ages including children and business people and everyone seemed to be happy. |I would recomend this hotel.

Only the travel into the centre of Venice by bus but if we had stayed in the centre of venice it would have cost us a lot more. However my husband and I are not used to using public transport either if we were it probably wouldnt have bothered us.
