The location in a very small town with friendly people and nice staff at the hotel. The lack of air-condition or a fan in the rooms. Also the way the hotel was dilapidated. |

The hotel staff (one person) was very helpful and spoke 4 languages. He totally did not dispute when we informed him about our decision to leave the hotel after one night instead of the reserved 4 nights. The breakfast was quite good as well. Terrible experience. The hotel is said as three-star, but this is the past. The reality is the one-star-hotel. Don't believe the nice photos published on the site of booking.com! The hotel is very hard to reach and it is in really very poor condition. All the facilities (building, rooms, restaurant, pool, park, tennis court) is very forlorn. |

Für uns war die Lage an der Eisenbahnlinie zwischen Pistoia und Bologna nahe am Kamm des Appennin von großer Bedeutung. Besondere Freunde hat uns das Essen bereitet, das täglich eine besondere überraschung bot. So konnten wir das Hotel sehr leicht von unserer Mehrtagestour auf der gea erreichen, andererseits von dort auch die Städte Florenz, Pistoia, Lucca und Pisa mit der Bahn besuchen. |

Mooi en rustig gelegen. Viendelijk personeel. Groot zwembad. Aangenaam terras. Eenvoudig maar lekker eten. 's Avonds lawaaierig, hetzij van de straatkant, hetzij van het eigen terras. Bediening aan tafel verliep soms erg chaotisch en traag. |

La gentilezza del personale e la posizione dell'hotel. L'hotel ha un'ottima potenzialità strutturale vanificata dalla completa incuria. L'intonaco, l'arredamento e i sanitari sono vetusti e trasandati. Nella hall staziona un triste e sporchissimo pappagallo molestato da mosche. |

Hotel familial au calme, grande piscine agréable, au coeur d'un village agréable. 25 mn au nord de Pistoia (grande ville et voies d'accès, gare pour Florence), pour le trouver prendre nationale direction Bologne, a 12 km, après Signorino, route pour Sanmomé à droite. |

La cortesia del gestore La ristrettezza della camera e soprattutto del bagno (inferiore a 2 metri quadrati inclusa la doccia!), la quasi totale mancanza di manutenzione degli ambienti, l'estrema rumorosità notturna che ci ha impedito di dormire e ci ha costretti a lasciare l'albergo dopo una sola notte (cosa che non ci era mai successa prima dopo tantissimi week-end prenotati con "booking" e risultati tutti di nostra piena soddisfazione). |

de baas is schitterend en deed al het mogelijke, het restaurant heeft een kleine kaart maar de gerechten zijn verukkelijk, het uitzicht is magnifiek en het piepkleine dorp pittoresk moeilijk voor kleine kinderen, kinderzwembad werd alleen gevuld op aanvraag, geen aangepaste stoelen in het restaurant, late openingsuren van restaurant zijn moeilijk voor kinderen, terras aan kamerr was in zwarte noppenrubber dus onmiddellijk zwarte voeten bij betreden |

Gastvrijheid en de combinatie van kamer met overige aan biedingen zoals het "slow food "diner welke zeer uitgebreid en inclusief was. De prijs/kwaliteit verhouding is daardoor erg goed. Voorzieningen niveau kamer erg sober en erg geisoleerd. |
