Park Hotel Argento    

Extremely helpful staff!

The Park Argento is a superb hotel with every modern comfort, which is extremely well run and beautifully located. Staff and management pay attention to every small detail, yet maintain a casual relaxed atmosphere for guests. A shuttle is supplied to and from Levanto, but it is also a mere 4 minute walk to the station and about a 7 minute walk to the town center ... we are 63 and 67 years old. We will recommend this hotel to everyone we know who wants to have an outstanding stay in the Cinque Terre, Italy. It is just beautiful there.

Close to the train station (Levanto). easy to get to Chinque Terra by train. The rooms are huge. Nice wellcoming staff. Breakfast is good. Beautiful design. Dinner was good.

Next to the train station so a little bit noisy. At the check-out the manager tried to bill us for extra dinner altought we didn't take it.

The hotel restaurant's food was fabulous! And staff were very attentive and helpful. Our son has a number of food allergies and they were very willing to work with our needs. Location - very convenient to the train station. Free parking offered.

Although staff was very good with our young son, we were the only young family staying at the hotel during our stay. Most everyone else was more "mature." Everything was a bit expensive.

The size of the room was very roomy. Enjoyed the wellness centre. Very quiet location. Staff was very polite and hospitable. Had a restaurant and bar. Included hot and cold breakfast. Very close to train (up the hill) for traveling daily to Cinque Terre.

Wellness centre could have had extended hours. Location of hotel was quite aways up hill but okay if you don't mind the walking.

We stayed 7 nights and loved everything about the Park hotel Argento. The Steam/Sauna and Mood Shower facilities were amazing. Very therapeutic and relaxing after a wonderful days walk on one of the Cinque Terre trails. The staff were so friendly and helpful and nothing ever seemed too much trouble for them. It was a great base for the Cinque Terre with the train being a 10 minute walk from the hotel and Levanto is a very pretty little town.

I wish the spa would have been open the same hours as the pool; it would have also been nice if there was a small gym. I also think it would have been nice to have local wine in the rooms.

The staff were stellar in every respect. Welcoming, knowledgeable, helpful and cheerful I loved the free health centre water spa and pool area. The walk to town was a lovely hike passing churches, river, homes. Our suite was spacious and the covered balcony proved helpful in the rain. Dinner at the hotel was lovely and we were allowed to bring our own wine. We recieved excellent suggestions for dinner.

For this price I expect fresh fruit at the breakfast table, and the room was extremely spacy (+++), but very small shower

The managers/hosts were extremely helpful and nice. Beautiful views from our private balcony of the mountains and Levanto. Very close to the train station.

The staff was absolutely wonderful, so helpful and friendly from the moment we arrived. We were so thrilled to have a comfy room, and the spa was such a treat. Each night, we were exhausted from lots of travel, and we could easily wind down and relax at the Park Hotel Argento. Will absolutely recommend a stay to friends!

Front desk staff were very helpful and the wellness centre was excellent.

The hotel is very modern, clean, and comfortable. It is located on the beautifull hill side of Levanto, It is only 10 minutes walk to beach or to the train station. Going down is very easy, going up is a little harder. We have a 9 and 11 year old boys and they have no problem with the walk. The spa and pool is wonderful and clean. The aroma shower is wonderfull. The buffet breakfast is excellent with many varieties. It is worth it to have dinner there one time. We are not very demanding traveler but the overall services were very friendly and helpfull. FYI, you can requested to be pick up and drop off at the train station.

The Spa is only open from 2pm till 9pm. Maybe it is because we were there in off season?

Hotel and location

Very good hotel with well-designed big and light rooms. It is located not far from the railway station and has a free parking. The breakfast is various and good enough.

The way from the downtown to the hotel is difficult. It is about 500 meters to climb up to the hills.

After traveling for more than 24 hours, we arrived at the hotel and appreciated the beautiful and modern hotel. The room was very spacious with a comfortable bed, and a balcony that looked over the city. It was quiet, the staff was very helpful with train information, day trips, and recommending nearby restaurants. The breakfast buffet was wonderful with a wide selection of food. The location was great for visiting Cinque Terre, just one stop north of Monterosso al Mare. They also paid for our taxi to the train station when we checked out!

The walk uphill from the train station to the hotel! It's a good hearty walk, but we were tired from hiking Cinque Terre trails or day trips.

I thought that it was very restful - the staff team was wonderful, always friendly and helpful!

We loved our stay at Park Hotel Argento. The buffet breakfast needs a mention as it was outstanding in quality and variety. The pool was beautiful and refreshing after a long day walking the chique terre tracks. The staff were very friendly and happly assisted with anything required. To our surprise, they kindly paid our taxi driver prior to taking us to the train station.

Very helpful staff- great information about day trips- wonderful hikes and boat trip to cinque de terre- wonderful. Breakfast was great- overall a+ would highly recommend and would visit again. Loved Levanto and the location of the hotel.
