With a wellness centre and traditional restaurant, Park Hotel Bella Costa is a 10-minute walk from the centre of Cavalese. All carpeted rooms come with a flat-screen TV and balcony. All Alpine-style rooms come with a mini fridge and air conditioning. Each has a private bathroom with hairdryer and toiletry set. Some offer mountain views. Breakfast at the Park Hotel is buffet style, with freshly baked cakes, yoghurt and cereals. The restaurant serves both Italian and international cuisine, with gluten free options on request. An indoor pool, sauna and Turkish bath are available for free at the spa. You can book massages and other beauty treatments. All the staff but in particular the lady at reception have been extremely competent and helpful, specially in terms of explaining about the ski slopes facilities in the areas; The spa facilities are adequate; The bar area is very cosy and very well decorated; value for money Although fairly priced, the quality of food in the restaurant should be improved; mould can be smelled in the room; carperts needs replacement; carpets showing some stains too; furniture and decor in the room too basic for a four star hotel; no bath

Great staff and location, loved that we could park in the garage. We were a little bit cold, we were in a corner room and the hotel wasn't very full so that's probably why we had to bundle up at night.

It's a great place to stay. Spacious rooms and balcony and Spa etc. Day staff are really good. I only managed to get a fairly Warm shower on one occasion. The rest of the time the water is very Luke warm if that and even if u run the water for 10 minutes it doesn't et any warmer. Do pay your bill the night before you leave if you leaving when the day staff are there. The night staff are not in a position to help u.

L'accoglienza,la disponibilità,lo staff,un pò tutto insomma.Bella struttura,bella visuale. Abbiamo fatto un buon soggiorno. Per quanto riguarda la nostra camera ; grande il bagno e pulito ma la doccia piccola e da rinnovare (a parer mio !)

Velmi příjemný a ochotný personál se snažil vyplnit všechna naše přání. Lednička na pokoji není mini-bar, ale velmi tichá, velikostí dostačujicí lednička. Připravené ručníky a čaje ve wellness zóně. Přesto, že značná část služeb hotelu je ve vedlejší nedostupná a hotel nepůsobí jako 4 hvězdičkový, můžu jej doporučit. Dle našeho úsudku hotelu nenáleží 3 hvězdičky. Službami, kvalitou služeb, čistotou a vybením, ale splní kritéria pro 3 hvězdičkový. Pomalé internetové připojení. Na pokoji bylo několik překvapení - nesvítila noční lampička u postele, nesvítila 1 ze 3 zářivek, v koupelně byly pavučiny a střešním oknem do koupelny při bouřce zatékalo. Hotel je situován ihned u hlavní silnice. Pokoje do silnice - tedy s výhledem na hory jsou ráno silnicí rušeni. Ve wellness zóně netekly sprchy s teplou vodou, proto osprchovat se před vstupem do bazénu bylo jen pro velmi odvážné. Finská sauna měla necelých 90st C. Mimo sezónu omezené služby: Menší snídaně, bez čerstvého ovoce a zeleniny. Mimo sezónu snídaně studená - servírovaná. Na přání jsme dostali jen míchaná vajíčka z prášku. Taverna, Dětské Hřiště, fitness, restaurace a bar, stolní tenis a sluneční terasa - zavřeno Snídaně k dispozici až od 8:00, což pro celodenní lyžování nebo turistiku není nejlepší. Recepce dostupná jen do půlnoci, pak byl hotel uzamčen, tudíž návrat z večeře byl hotelem daný?!?

Tutto perfetto, staff gentile ed efficente, ci hanno portato in camera cuccia e ciotole per cibo e acqua per il nostro jack russell, anche se l'arredamento non è modernissimo l'hotel si presenta bene, camere belle ampie con uso gratuito di bollitore e tisane. Zona relax molto ampia, atmosfera rilassante e acqua calda della piscina. Colazione standard ma abbondante. Garage ampio. Per noi tutto perfetto.

Ho soggiornato fuori stagione,quindi con un prezzo molto conveniente;staff cortese,buona la colazione,camere confortevoli;da tenere presente che se si vuole andare in centro paese bisogna usare l'auto

Vi havde fået et dejligt værelse med en pragtfuld altan og vi havde vores store hund med på hotellet og den var meget velkommen. De kunne ikke lave varm kaffe, hverken om morgenen eller i baren om aftenen.

la posizione in cui è ubicato appena fuori dal centro cosi da invogliare a fare due passi per andare in centro. il periodo che abbiamo scelto era un po a fine stagione cosi da avere un po tutto a ns disposizione il personale gentile e premuroso ci ha fatto una bellissima impressione. direi che tutto era perfetto .....forse io avrei tenuto un po piu caldo la zona relax del centro benessere ma forse sono io ad essere un troppo freddolosa

nette begrüßung, abendsonne auf der super schönen terrasse mit herrlicher aussicht, schöner saunabereich, lecker abendessen, super schönes zimmer....alles in allem super toll!!!!! der kaffee zum frühstück war schlicht zu dünn......da müsste eine alternative her!!

L'hotel è confortevole e molto versatile, offre qualsiasi tipo di possibilità per rilassarsi e star bene anche in compagnia. Gentilissimo e simpatico lo staff. La moquette nella stanza.

Отель симпатичный, выполнен в стиле альпийского шале. Уютный интерьер. Доброжелательный персонал, некоторые говорят по-русски. Остановка ски буса напротив отеля. Подемник Чермис находится в 1 км от отеля. Без лыж можно дойти пешком, с лыжами лучше на автобусе. Подемник Лотемар 40 минут на автобусе. Центр Кавале в 10 минутах хотьбы. Городок Кавалезе очаровательный и очень живописный. В отеле есть бассей и спа центр. Бассейн работает с 15.00 до 19.00. Можно сделать массаж. В отеле очень много итальянских детей... которые ведут себя очень свободно. Могут орать и носиться до часа ночи. В бассейне устраивают морской бой. Но к отелю это не имеет отношения, скорее к постояльцам.

Alles super und sehr freundlich. Nur der Teppichboden im Zimmer hat schon einige Jahre hinter sich und ist deshalb nicht mehr ganz sauber. Ansonsten jedoch alles o.k.
