Place Wi fi Staff
Extremely low quality of wifi Bad breakfast and very nervous one because waitresses all the time are trying to divide individual tourists and groups (they have slightly different breakfast) No change of shampoo and shower gel for the 2nd night
We had a roomy apartment with a fridge rather than the hotel rooms we booked but unless you had a car, the location was inaccessible to Central Rome.
Terrible wifi, dreadful food offered and the dining room was closed on some days. Coach loads of east Europeans were the main clientele. The information from the hotel didn't point out alternative bus routes which were better. Italian tv with no English channels.
Fresh air, beautiful park.
The maid forgot our door unlocked all day and took the light card. Staff did not react and did not even apologized.
1. A staff entered our room without knocking. Thinking it was still empty. 2. TV Remote Control has one battery, instead of 2. 3. Wifi has username and password in the Hotel Portal. Reception didn't inform us about it. 4. Double bed, splitting in two while sleeping,
Everything- very quiet and large rooms/apartments , everything was perfect ,clean etc staff excellent
Little too for from Rome but had bus stop out front
Leaving as soon as possible.
Didn't sleep in my prison cell, stayed out all night until I could book somewhere else the next day. Worst Hotel I've stayed in the last 30 years.
no wifi in room not at all!!!!!!!!!!!!
Poor Wi-Fi connection
Breakfast was excellent. Staff were mostly very helpful. Air-conditioning worked well. Bus 31 near front gate takes you directly into Rome
No drinking water available when we arrived late at night.
Nice room, nice enough veiw the staff where helpful and spoke english.
The long walk up the steep hill to the hotel with 30kg of bags each after a long full bus ride to get there as google maps doesn't guide you to a good station from centrale to get there. The fact that there was a train strike the day we left but no announcements in english.
Spacious apartments, cozy, has fridge, private area around hotel, free parking, excelent front desk staff, air conditioning, easy to get to the city by public transport
Noise from cooling system on the roof, a little rude staff at the breakfast room, car got very dirty from above trees after rain
Plenty of parking
Poor sound insulation in rooms Poor wifi No balcony furniture No tea/coffee facilities in rm Restaurant service and food poor. (One of the few times I have sent a meal back).
I liked the stuff, Young and helpful, the style and all the services available.
The bar (restaurant's waiter) was very polite and cooperative, the place is convenient and quite but still very far from city center
Some of the reception staff were tough and indifference.
Very clean room, everyday. Kind and helpful staff.
Uncomfortable beds, slow wifi, poor breakfast. A bit far from the city center.
The garden, parking availability.
Everything is old fashion.
daily cleaning, new set of towels, silence location, large room with small kitchen facilities, comfortable bed and pillows, friendly staff and really willing to help the tourists
the room walls could be thicker and breakfast could be improved by offering a larger assortment of breads and other foods
Very big and nice garden with many trees. Lots of parking spaces free of charge. Good connection to metro (EUR Magliara station), 5-10 minutes by car or bus. Value for money
Rooms were clean but need renovation.
Its very far from the Center of Rome The Lady in the reception when I checked in she don't want to work as she mentioned clearly to me The Room is very poor without refrigerator The Bath room is not working you cannot take a shower as its not working as per the contract the checkout is at 12:00 and the staff is asking to check out at 10:00... I don't know why? The coffee machine is not working at breakfast time The cleaner lady at the breakfast is just shouting on us without a reason I can get better with same price you have to carry your bags and they don't have trolley
The location of the hotel is far away from the downtime. Breakfast is very normal and no variety. Ladies staff are very bad. Every time you go out you have to call the reception to open the door for you.
Nice rooms. Good breakfast included. Good English-speaking staff.
Carpark undergoing maintenance making walking around difficult.
