One child from 2 to 6 years stays free of charge when using existing bedding.
One child from 2 to 17 years is charged 50 % of the room stay per night and person in an extra bed.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
Any extra bedding is upon request and needs to be confirmed by the hotel.
Supplements will not be calculated automatically in the total costs and have to be paid separately in the hotel.

We stayed 9 nights with our son of 14. The overall experience has been positive with helpful staff in the reception. No Wifi coverage in the rooms, and the WiFi in the reception area was very expensive and erratic. |

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The setting was very nice with a good view. There were lots of activities if one was inclined : taichi,aqua aroebics,football etc (all included in the price). Spa treatments were available but were extra. the hotel was disperced over a wide area. Lots of golf like buggies acting at bus. But if you were not active/fit it could be a bit awkward getting about. Not really suitable for peiole with limited mobility. |

Es un hotel en el que nos hemos sentido muy comodos. Es completo en cuanto a servicios. Nuestra habitaciòn la 424 tenia una vista espectacular!!! y estaba cerca del lobby, ya que como el hotel es muy grande a veces las habitaciones quedan lejos. Los empleados muy serviciales y la comida muy rica variada y abundante. La pileta nos encanto es amplia y tambien tiene hermosas vistas. Cuenta con playa. No nos gusto la falta de mantenimiento del jardin que tienen las habitaciones adelante. El pasto estaba altisimo sin cortar, hasta que entramos y vimos la habitacion tuvimos la sensaciòn que estaba abandonada.Es un detalle que hace a la presentaciòn. Las habitaciones podrian estar mejor en cuanto a la decoracion. |

Posizione incantevole, atmosfera rilassata e piacevole, relax e tranquillità totale. Bel mare. Troppo caro rispetto ai servizi offerti. Cucina abbondante ma di qualità molto normale, staff dell'albergo in alcuni casi poco disponibile. Pulizia delle camere in alcuni giorni approssimativa. Colazione con poca scelta per parecchie mattine. Servizi a pagamento troppo cari. (Palestra con qualche macchina per cardiofitness e basta a 45 euro per 6 entrate, davvero un eccesso). |

Tranquilité, bonne situation géographique de l'hôtel, le personnel est sympa, les chambres sont jolies. Les lits sont trop durs. La navette pour Palau devrait être gratuite pour les clients de l'hôtel. Les locations de moto et de voiture de l'agence qui travaille en collaboration avec l'hôtel sont beaucoup trop chers. |

El buffet de la cena realmente era soberbio. Buena presentacion, calidad, variedad y cantidad El shuttle que se pone a disposicion de los clientes para los desplazamientos dentro del hotel es totalmente insuficiente. Suele ser de 3 plazas por lo que siempre se acaba yendo 4 personas con toda la incomodidad que ello conlleva. Habia shuttles de más plazas que solian estar aparcados, supongo que porque eran más incómodos de conducir para el personal al cargo. |

el respeto que se muestra por la naturaleza, pese a que ello conlleva evidentes incomodidades a sus visitantes los desplazamientos son incomodos por las subidas y bajadas y no siempre se encuentra el motocarro. por ser de cuatro estrellas los desayunos deberian ser mas amplios y de mejor oferta. las cenas de bufet estan bien, aunque en el comedor hace bastante calor. en general bien. |

Molto bello il luogo, la vegetazione e il mare. La qualità della colazione, per un 4 stelle a quel prezzo, lascia un pò a desiderare. La spremuta d'arancia è una cosa tipo "sanguinella" (aranciata da Discount). Attenzione che le camere possono essere anche molto distanti dal mare e dalla reception. C'è una navetta ma negli orari in cui è ferma potrebbe essere un problema spostarsi. E' molto caro! Gli extra (bar, acqua, vino..) sono molto cari! |

La cucina era squisita ed abbondante ed il servizio buffet più che adeguato. La pulizia della camera è stata superficiale. I canali tv a disposizione erano veamente pochi. |
