The hotel has a good quality/value ratio. Staff went out of their way to help - even getting my flat tyre repaired whilst I was on the ski slopes. They were very obliging in every way. The skiing was great for a short stay and I'm sure we'll be back next year.

lo staff molto disponibile e accogliente e il panorama che lo circonda, lo rendono piacevole e romantico. il servizio sky-bus non operativo di domenica dovrebbe essere specificato, e la salita privata che porta all'albergo in caso di neve diventa molto pericolosa.

La cortesia e la disponibilità del personale tale da rendere il soggiorno ancora più gradevole. La posizione dell'albergo è perfetta: immerso nella natura e vicino agli impianti sciistici. In più il servizio ski bus ci ha consentito di raggiungere più comodamente gli impianti di monte pratello. Bellissima vacanza, consiglio l'albergo vivamente a chi desideri trascorrere del tempo in una località fantastica senza rinunciare al confort e alla tranquillità. Buona la colazione e la cucina.

Posizione comoda, molto vicino all'impianto di risalita di Rivisondoli che risulta meno caotico di quelli di Roccaraso, al quale è collegato benissimo dalla seggiovia, hotel grande, pulito, bella accoglienza e staff davvero molto disponibile ci sono molte famiglie, e quindi anche molti bambini, non che la cosa sia per forza negativa, ma mettete in conto durante la cena di avere come sottofondo i pianti di un bimbo che non vuole mangiare, o quello delle grida del bambino che di stare seduto al tavolo non ne vuole sapere e continua a girare intorno al vostro tavolo!
