Hotel staff is very helpful and kind. Comfortable room with a balcony was great for our four days stay. Shuttle service to and from Vatican was very comfortable. Breakfast was good. The extra bed could be better. Sofabed was not that comfortable to sleep in. |

Staff is very friendly. Breakfast is good. Free parking inside the hotel. At arrival, the staff provided us a map of Rome, information about the busses and information about the neigbourhood (restaurant etc.). The nearest busstop is only a few minutes away (bus 990, stops at the Vatican). But you can also use the free shuttle bus service from the hotel; they drive you to and from the Vatican or metro station at several times during the day. |

Great place to stay, excellent breakfast, shuttle to go to the city and internet for free.Good rooms, frigobar. I strongly recommend! Far from the city, but they have a shuttle to go and to come back, but the latested one to come back is 7h30 pm, so I had to come back by normal bus always, but it was not a problem! |

Very peaceful location (quite far from the centre). Free internet. Bus connections to city centre were quite good. Hotel has a shuttle bus service to Vatican. There were not any restaurants near (excluding hotel's own restaurant). |

The staff was friendly and helpful, the room clean and quiet and offered all modern amenities. Breakfast buffet was excellent. Secure parking was another plus. Good value for money. It is quite far away from Rome's attractions. But there is the hotel's shuttle bus to the nearest metro station which, however, needs to be prebooked. And if one does not mind using public transportation (bus to the metro station or to other places in Rome) or walking (some 30 mins to Vatican - ok in the morning, quite tiring after a long day in Rome) it is not a problem. |

This was a great hotel for visiting the city if you have a car. Parking is free and you don't have to negotiate central rome. It is out of town but the free shuttle runs to the vatican at 830, 930 and 1030 and back to the hotel at 1830 and 1930 so you can easily access the city. The staff were really helpful with excellent english and the breakfast was great only that it is out of central rome but see the comment about the shuttle bus above. |

Extremely friendly reception ... and about a 30 minute walk to the Vatican. We only found out the next day that we could drive the car up to the Vatican and park almost next to the entrance for €2/day. Small room. Small window. |

During our stay in hotel we went back late and we here only overslept. But hotel room, services and breakfast vere excelent. During our stay was big earthquake in Acquilla - it was felt even in our room, but no problem. |

Approachable staff throughout who went out of their way to help. Quiet location we enjoyed, 50 m to tabac shop for metrobus tickets and further 500m (10 mins) to bus route into Vatican (another 10 mins or so). Breakfast plentiful and tasty. Evening meal taken too - relaxed atmosphere, fresh food, reasonable price good service. Bedroom had enough space for M & D ; 13 & 12 yr old. |

Friendly, helpful staff. They pointed us to two very good neighbourhood restaurants. We ate in the hotel restaurant which was also good. Their breakfast was excellent. Their van service to the Vatican/metro station is really a plus. |

Particolarmente curata e abbondante la colazione. Il sevizio di shuttle con il centro. Essendo distante dal centro ( necessita bus + metro ) dovrebbe essere assicurato anche un servizio shuttle la sera per potere visitare Roma illuminata ad esempio almeno un rientro alle 23. |

sono da apprezzare la cortesia del personale, l'ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo e l'ampiezza e la pulizia della camera non è molto vicino al centro della città ma è comunque ben servito dagli autobus e dalla navetta dell'hotel |

Alles bestens. Shuttle-Bus Service sehr praktisch, falls man Taxi braucht von Station M Ottaviano ca. 11 Euro zum Hotel ist okay. Ruhige Lage. Parkplätze! Ruhiges Wohnviertel. |
