Great hotel for short stays in Rome (especially if you come by car), super friendly and educated staff (some know several languages), amazing breakfast (lots of choice), great value for money (we will definitely come back)
No Parking because the hotel Was full.
Good location, friendly helpfull staff, good breakfast choices. Went to the match city won and when we got back the bar stayed open til 4am. Happy days
All was perfect
wi-Fi not working most of the time, will not return there because of this problem.......pity
The staff are magnificent. Gerrano and Bose in particular went out of their way to make us feel very special. The buffet breakfast was fantastic value. Hotel will definitely be in my top 2 if going back to Rome.
The twin beds were a bit on the small side.
Safe and good price. The staff at the reception was helpful.
Terrible sound isolation. First night we couldn't sleep because the dude in the next room was snoring. The rooms were very cold, when we told the staff that, they said it was too early for opening the heating. Breakfast was poor.
The staff was extraordinary. Everyone was very helpful and always willing to help, from front desk to the restaurant. The food at the restauant was very good, and the price was pretty decent. Excellent service there.
Well, the room decoration seem pretty old fashioned. But then again, comfort was what mattered most.
Staff are helpful and friendly Clean room
Balcony was dusty the hotel is in a residence area and NOTHING is near or close to it: you will always need to take a transportation to go anywhere (you HAVE to book a taxi as you will NEVER find one there without booking which means you will pay more to make a pre-booking for a taxi) limited options for breakfast with no variety
the service, value, food were all great
nothing at all
Breakfast service team (Genarro) very friendly, even when very busy Reception staff is very competent and friendly, always available to support guests e.g. with local maps and recommendations. Breakfast selection is good, an espresso before you leave could be the highlight of the breakfast ;-) Room (202) was spacious and clean with a good bed.
A (significant) faster WiFi would be certainly appreciated.
Friendly and helpful staff. Clean and comfy rooms. Bang for the buck.
Poor wi-fi signal & transfer speed made work pretty much impossible. Which can be a plus, if you're on vacation.
Fresh air, you don't need in air condition at night Not typical for Italy breakfast, several dishes available This is a good place to relax after sight-seeing in Rome
Location is the only minus (hotel offers transfer to Vatican every morning, transfer back is in unsuited time (about 7pm) From time to time there are some problems with wifi (simply doesn't work) nevertheless internet speed is good when it works
Free shuttle to Vatican. Very good continental breakfast Free parking place
Clean, comfortable, spacious accommodation. Excellent breakfast choices. Well run bar and restaurant. Convenient and reliable shuttle service to and from Rome central. Safe and secure car parking. Competent, friendly and helpful staff.
Restaurant dinner was ok but not of the quality expected.
* Clean and comfortable room * Fantastic staff * Delicious breakfast * Free shuttle to Rome and back * Quiet area * Grocery stores and a small shopping area is a short walk away This is the best affordable hotel in Rome and we had a fantastic stay.
Can't think of anything really. It would have been nice to have WiFi in the room but we didn't mind using the free WiFi in the lobby.
staff, rooms, breakfast, parking
Really enjoyed the staff, the service, the shuttle, and the best part was their amazing breakfast. The chef is the best anywhere! Everyone was extremely accommodating.
The hotel was a bit far from downtown Rome. Would have liked if the shuttle ran a few extra times throughout the day.
If you want peace and quite, this is the place.
Location si quite far from the city and the shuttle has only 2 to 3 trips to the city in the morning and 2x back to the hotel in the afternoon.
The shuttle came in very handy. Also the private parking under the hotel was very good and safe.
Very small elevator, and rather small rooms. Our room was very close to the elevator which annoyed us until late at night. Also the rooms look old.
Room's decoration, free transfer to Vaticano (although it has limited schedules), free parking.
Location, far away from the metro. Although it's near from a bus stop, this bus takes almost an hour to get to Vaticano. Wifi signal was poor, we had to stay in the lobby to get a good signal (although it got better on the second day, perhaps it was a temporary issue).
The staff was amazing!! Everyone was so accommodating and helpful. Genarro made the breakfast something to look forward to every morning and the food was fantastic!!! Room was spacious with amazing view of the city from the balcony. For a family of four with adult children our room was comfortable.
The location is a bit off the beaten path but the shuttle is very helpful. I only wish they had more times in the evening. Other than that, highly recommend!!
Very comfortable room and delicious FREE breakfast buffet. The waiter at dinner one evening in the hotel was very friendly and helpful.
Wi-Fi did not work in our room. We had to go to the lobby or restaurant before the Wi-Fi would connect.
All Staff are wonderful!!! top marks for the young barman always cheery and attentive .
lifts are very small.
Hotel staff are very friendly and helpful as well. Location is a little bit far, from city center and metro station, but hotel has organized bus shuttle in the morning at 8.30 and 9.30 and return time was at 17.30 and 18.30 which for hour needs was to early. Metro is not close, but there are several bus lines that can take to the nearest metro station. Breakfeast was ok and room was cleaned every day.
WiFi on 5th floor was poor
set in a pleasant neighborhood on top of a steep hill, staff were friendly and helpful. it's an effort to get into town but not impossible. unfortunately the shuttle must be booked in advance, and waiting for buses can be tiring (but is doable). use a taxi if you are in a hurry - a 10 euro fare gets you down to the river, 20 gets you across town to piazza venezia.
wifi was good when few people were using it, but at peak periods it was too slow to be of any use. many of the breads and pastries at breakfast seemed a bit stale. coffee was chemicals dispensed from a machine ... how much I longed for a real coffee at breakfast!
