Free shuttle to Vatican. Very good continental breakfast Free parking place
Clean, comfortable, spacious accommodation. Excellent breakfast choices. Well run bar and restaurant. Convenient and reliable shuttle service to and from Rome central. Safe and secure car parking. Competent, friendly and helpful staff.
Restaurant dinner was ok but not of the quality expected.
* Clean and comfortable room * Fantastic staff * Delicious breakfast * Free shuttle to Rome and back * Quiet area * Grocery stores and a small shopping area is a short walk away This is the best affordable hotel in Rome and we had a fantastic stay.
Can't think of anything really. It would have been nice to have WiFi in the room but we didn't mind using the free WiFi in the lobby.
staff, rooms, breakfast, parking
Really enjoyed the staff, the service, the shuttle, and the best part was their amazing breakfast. The chef is the best anywhere! Everyone was extremely accommodating.
The hotel was a bit far from downtown Rome. Would have liked if the shuttle ran a few extra times throughout the day.
If you want peace and quite, this is the place.
Location si quite far from the city and the shuttle has only 2 to 3 trips to the city in the morning and 2x back to the hotel in the afternoon.
The shuttle came in very handy. Also the private parking under the hotel was very good and safe.
Very small elevator, and rather small rooms. Our room was very close to the elevator which annoyed us until late at night. Also the rooms look old.
Room's decoration, free transfer to Vaticano (although it has limited schedules), free parking.
Location, far away from the metro. Although it's near from a bus stop, this bus takes almost an hour to get to Vaticano. Wifi signal was poor, we had to stay in the lobby to get a good signal (although it got better on the second day, perhaps it was a temporary issue).
The staff was amazing!! Everyone was so accommodating and helpful. Genarro made the breakfast something to look forward to every morning and the food was fantastic!!! Room was spacious with amazing view of the city from the balcony. For a family of four with adult children our room was comfortable.
The location is a bit off the beaten path but the shuttle is very helpful. I only wish they had more times in the evening. Other than that, highly recommend!!
Very comfortable room and delicious FREE breakfast buffet. The waiter at dinner one evening in the hotel was very friendly and helpful.
Wi-Fi did not work in our room. We had to go to the lobby or restaurant before the Wi-Fi would connect.
All Staff are wonderful!!! top marks for the young barman always cheery and attentive .
lifts are very small.
Hotel staff are very friendly and helpful as well. Location is a little bit far, from city center and metro station, but hotel has organized bus shuttle in the morning at 8.30 and 9.30 and return time was at 17.30 and 18.30 which for hour needs was to early. Metro is not close, but there are several bus lines that can take to the nearest metro station. Breakfeast was ok and room was cleaned every day.
WiFi on 5th floor was poor
set in a pleasant neighborhood on top of a steep hill, staff were friendly and helpful. it's an effort to get into town but not impossible. unfortunately the shuttle must be booked in advance, and waiting for buses can be tiring (but is doable). use a taxi if you are in a hurry - a 10 euro fare gets you down to the river, 20 gets you across town to piazza venezia.
wifi was good when few people were using it, but at peak periods it was too slow to be of any use. many of the breads and pastries at breakfast seemed a bit stale. coffee was chemicals dispensed from a machine ... how much I longed for a real coffee at breakfast!
Quiet and enjoyable to get out of the crowds after site seeing. Shuttles from the hotel into Roma and easy access to bus system. Wonderful breakfast and the staff was wonderful.
Construction was a little loud at night but looks like a wonderful recreation center for the neighborhood being built
We were especially satisfied with the friendly and helpfull personel, (Mrs. Bose)..... price-quality relation quite good!
The wifi connection did not work always good.....
My sister & I are in our 60's and have travelled a lot and found the staff at the hotel exceptional (with the exception of 1 man at the front desk who had an attitude). They were very friendly and went out of their way to help and insure our comfort. We would certainly return just because we were treated so well and would recommend this hotel!
We found one man at the front desk in the morning rude he insisted we were 5 minutes late for the shuttle and said it left without us. We had just talked to him about changing our afternoon return and he sold us the computer access & saw us working on the computer. When we saw it was 10:25 we ran upstairs to get our jackets and ran back down. We were told the morning before, not to worry the shuttle would not leave without us they had our names & room number and would call if we were not waiting in the lobby. This was a lie! They don't wait or call!
Everything was great!! No complaints They were helpful and respectful in every way. Everything worked as it should big ++ hot showers wifi beautiful breakfast etc Because they are a bit out of the main part of town they offer a shuttle service ... Very very helpful
No complaints Everything was great!!
Free parking. Clean.
I parked a car and walked to the Stadio Olimpico - that was a bad idea: a) 30 min walk in a dark winding downhill/uphill road, b) I could park on a street near the Stadio, c) tough uphill on the way back.
Location is excellent for the Stadio Olimpico. Hotel was nice. Staff were helpful. Breakfast was good.
Location is quite good for travelling by car, free parking. Free transfer to the nearest metro station.
WiFi wasn't available inside the room (5th floor), had to stay in lobby.
The free shuttle to Vatican or Metro Station is a big plus.
Incredibly friendly staff. Minibus to centre of Rome.
No hot drink making facilities in room.
Excellent staff, free parking !!!, excellent breakfasts, "orient express" atmosphere, close to the city center, nice restaurants in the neighborhood, green area
