The location of the Park Hotel was superb, just a short walk to shops, ferries & restaurants. The staff couldn 't have been more helpful, they advised us of where to park, how to get to places etc. & their english was fantastic. the quality of the restaurant was first class. |

Very convenient location with lovely views of the lake from the rooms with a balcony. The hotel was spotlessly clean, had very comfortable beds and the staff were very friendly. There did not seem to be any room service available, although we did not ask, none was promoted in the rooms. |

The room was recently renovated and was finished to a high standard. The view was just amazing out onto the lakes and the location was ideal. |

the location was nice and close to shops the owner of the hotel was cheap and rude choose villa rosa hotel nearby the rest of the staff was very nice the owner is very rude if you dare ask for another towl you get a very unfreindly responce even if you ask for another sope which they provide only 1 a day recomend to choose villa rosa |

Reception staff very helpful. By UK standards price was very high(but then,prices in Italy seem uniformly high).We had paid extra for a superior room with "lake view".Unfortunately,most of that view was obscured by trees.Did not think the Park fully merited four stars. |

The Park Hotel was excellent - we stayed in an executive room which was modern and a good size; the staff were very helpful and friendly; the breakfast buffet was good and the best thing was the roof top pool - the view is amazing. Desenzano is an ideal base for a holiday in Lake Garda because it isn't too touristy but provides easy access to Verona and Venice by train (10-15 mins walk from the hotel) and to the other islands by boat or bus. There are plenty of restaurants in the town - we ate in a different one for each of our 7 nights and all meals were good. |

Staff tried to satisfy us by offering another room with lake view. We finally choose to stay less than initially booked and leave for another place Room : junior suite. It was mentioned in the description wether lake view wether historical center view. We had the view on the opposite roofs which were not historical + no bath in the bathroom, only a shower + breakfast charged 15 euros per day for a 3 years old child. |

The location of the hotel is one of it's best features, it is clean, comfortable and the staff are all friendly and willing to help. |

We liked the balcony overlooking the lake( not all rooms have this facilty worth paying for) Small Italian owner run hotel. Best locaton for a Hotel in Desanzano. Has opportunity to be 5 star if attention to detail taken on board. We stayed for 8 nights and not acknowledged by any staff or management. While staff friendly a notable detachment from guests |

Die Lage ist sehr gut.Freundliches Personal.Eigene Parkgarage am Hotel. Die Beleuchtung im Zimmer sind nicht ausreichend.Die Steckdosen haben noch Dreipole ,so das man nicht sein Handy aufladen kann.Außer im Badezimmer. |

Das Hotel steht direkt in der Shoppingmeile und ist ein paar Meter vom Gardasee entfernt. Aussicht war atemberaubend. Einrichtung sehr stilvoll. Das Badezimmer war nicht sauber: Haare in der Dusche und auf dem Toilettenrand, Flecken im Klobecken. War sehr unangenehm. |

Das direkt am See liegende Hotel hat Charme und italienischen Flair, so wie man es sich vorstellt. Aus unserem Hotelzimmer hatten wir einen wunderschönen Blick auf den See. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und man bekommt immer seine Fragen beantwortet. Der neu angelegte Pool auf dem Dach ist zwar klein aber sehr schön, besonders der Ausblick. Angenehm war die kleine Poolbar mit einer super netten Bedienung. Durch die Verbindungstüren der Doppelzimmer ist es leider - je nach Nachbarn - nicht immer sehr ruhig, besonders wenn das Nachbarzimmer täglichen Gästewechsel vorweist. |
