Fantastic staff!

Having stayed at The Park Hotel before some years ago, I knew it was convenient to walk into Desenzano and a good base for trips to other places on the lake. The waiters at breafast very delightful and created lovely smiley faces on our cappucino with chocolate.

We really enjoyed it but, if there was one thing to feedback on, the wireless internet was problematic at times, but this would not stop me returning.

Nice furnished. Location. Tasty omelet. Free parking.

I stayed in this hotel on April 26 with son 8 months old. The baby bed is cost 20 euro per night. The room had no hot water and the child was left without bathing. But the worst was at night. Our room was on the last fourth floor. Air conditioning did not work, the room was unbearably stuffy, as a result no one had enough sleep.

Very stylish hotel, perfect location, the staff was exellent.

We had a very enjoyable stay in a double executive room with a lake view. The front desk staff were extremely helpful. The breakfast buffet had a wide choice and was beautifully presented. The hotel is newly renovated,tastefully decorated and kept clean in all areas. Beds were firm and comfortable. Outside the hotel, there are many medium-priced restaurants within 5 minutes walk,a couple directly behind the hotel.

Free wifi was limited to 5 hours.

The best "modern/designer" hotel in Desenzano, very good front location on Lake Garda, rooms with lake views, 4 star+, yes, worth it, yes Ideal location for all Lake Garda and to Verona, Vincenza and Venice , even Milan.

We liked everything about this hotel! The location is perfect. It is across the street from the lake and nestled amongst everything Desenzano has to offer. The staff was friendly and helpful, the rooms were comfortable and the breakfast was superb!

Beautiful views from restaurant (& pool), opposite lakeside promenade. Excellent food for evening meal Room clean & comfortable, excellent shower, good heating/cooling. Staff friendly and courteous.

Directions on website could have been better, nothing wrong with hotel.

Beautiful hotel in a fantastic location within Desenzano. Staff were very friendly & helpful, & we received a bottle of wine & chocolate for being on our honeymoon!

The bed was much firmer than we liked, and there anything much to do within the hotel other than the pool and a bar.

Very good position overlooking lake and within short and easy stroll of centre. Breakfast in open air, pool on roof and car parking. We have stayed three times and look forward to our next.

We decided to spend our honeymoon at this hotel and we never regretted our choice! We were greeted with a bottle of champagne and some snacks, so we enjoyed these sitting on the balcony facing the lake. The staff is very friendly, the location is perfect, it seemed to us that this hotel is the closest to the lake. It also a stone's throw from tha railway station, from which you can travel to Venice, Verona and Milan.

The location was idyllic; on the lakeshore with stunning views. We had an executive room which was very spacious and had a good view of the lake from the balcony. The breakfast was excellent;plenty of choice and really good Italian coffee! The best thing about the hotel though was the service levels. The staff could not have been more helpful and were always ready and willing to assist with anything we needed, from train timetables, wi-fi advice to a good cup of tea. We would definitely go back.
