Nice hotel ,braekfast, plaisent staff, rooms fourniture and looks.
We get a room with a window that open on a gym.Parking is too small. If there wasnt that problem with a window I would recomend the hotel.
Facilities were great and everything was clean and tidy. Staffs were generally kind. Breakfast was sufficient enough to be ready for long trip in Rome. We were generally very satiesfied with everything what hotel could offer.
We didn't really mind walking from subway station to hotel, but yes, for some, location of hotel could be very big disadvantage. Hotel shuttle is working just in the morning and late night. Wifi of hotel was very poor and unstable. We couldn't use wifi most of the time.
Absolutly perfect in every aspect
Room - very quiet, cool and comfortable and backed onto the kiddie area outside where there was a swing and some toys Breakfast - yum! Exactly how I like it Staff - helpful and pleasant Location - not pretty, but pretty convenient to Metro and Ring Road
Car park - huge square pillars were awkward and automatic light kept switching off Wifi - functional but very slow unfortunately
Modern, clean hotel with free parking place. If you travel by car, but don't wanna use it in Rome, this hotel is a good choice. You can go to downtown by metro (15 min walk or you can take the hotel's shuttle bus).
Weak wifi signal, poor breakfast, location, shuttle bus is quite rare (3 times in the morning and 3 time in the evening)
Good value. Clean.
The staff were extremely helpful and the breakfast was of good quality as was the bathroom.
There is a real problem with sound proofing in this hotel, you can even hear people cleaning their teeth. In modern society, you need to have good wifi connection, the wifi connection at this hotel was extremely poor and on this basis, could not recommend this hotel, which is a real shame as it is a nice place to stay. The room was exceedingly small.
I love how welcoming and comfortable the staff and hotel was.
The wifi was extremely slow, which was important to me as I needed the wifi to find out how to get around.
Everything the parking in garage - perfect! Very cosy room we definitely will come back. Thank you!
If you want to save some money on the public transport - bad idea =)
The hotel room has been really clean and the hotel is perfect for some sightseeing days in Rome. The hotel is located near the metro station from which you can reach pretty all important sights. The bathroom was little but enough for two people and a short stay. It was clean and the breakfast was for that price and 3 star hotel enough/good.
The staff was not always impressed to give you tourism informations, they seemed uninterested and unmotivated.
I liked the facilities and modern design of the hotel,it made my stay very comfortable.
Shuttle service to the metro yet still with a 15 walk. One reception staff was very helpful but all were good. Good breakfast and rooms. Really nice rooftop terrace were we enjoyed a store bought bottle of wine and the cool late evening breeze.
Wifi in room was situational. Breakfast room staff were slow to clear tables.
Very nice hotel if you don't mind walking. The walk was about a mile to the nearest metro station. After you've done it a couple times it doesn't seem very far at all.
Wifi was very bad.
Massio, one of the desk personal was extremely helpful! Most of the other staff was also helpful during our stay.
wifi is not working
Easy walk to metro or could use hotel shuttle for City centre. Great value, beautiful terrace which we took our own wine to for a nightcap
The peaceful location and the modern amenities.
I would really like it if there were room services.
The hotel was very clean and the hotel staff were helpful with getting the wifi to work. He also shared some places we should try to see.
It was far away from the city center and it took us a long time to find the metro line. WiFi didn't work in the room so we had to go to the lobby to use our computer.
the hotel was fabulously positioned and very quiet - the metro station was easily reached on foot and was easy and cheap We got to Piazza San Pietro and the Vatrican in around 20 minutes - the rooms were beautifully and smartly furnished - spotlessly clean and the staff couteous and professional - breakfast was made up of products typical to italians - and a little savory ham and cheese - yoghurt and pastries - not good for dietry needs - i am celiac so i was a little stuck for choice but arranged with the reception staff that next time i stay - and i will return - i call and make a specific order with them at no extra charge - there is even a gym and internet is free - all in all this hotel offers 4 star accomodation at a 3 star price and i think it is better than most 4 star hotels near the airport that i got to in the morning Fiumicino - in under 20 minutes - thanks to booking.com i found a treasure trove of a hotel and would recommend this one to anybody wanting to stay out of the hustle and bustle of rome centre and pay little for lots!!! a very satisfied customer
nothing to dislike
Be careful when you make a reservation there, you can not be sure 100% that they will have a room for you... They are not serious...
The Breakfast Standard Breakfast
3 star hotel but it deserves more. Excellent management and front desk. We had a reservation for twin bed room but the room had queen bed and they had no room with twin bed available. They immediatly accepted their mistake and gave us another room for free. Breakfast is not offering much but enough. Rooms are new and clean. Wifi at rooms was fair but in lobby it is ok. It has a free parking for your car.
Location, nothing around. Metro is 5 minutes to walk but car will be a lifesaver..
Modern design, quiet area
A bit far from the city center. through there is a metro station a 20 minute walk away
Staff was friendly, underground parking, healthy breakfast
Walk from the hotel to Metro station is long and not exciting, but hotel has a shuttle which runs only few times a day
It was clean enough, not noise from traffic, generally good enough but not something special
1.Bad wi-fi 2.bad soundproofing of the rooms 3.breakfast not rich enough 4.It was 15 minutes walking to the final metro station Battistini 5.we asked for a double bed but our room had two single beds the one near the other with one double sheet on them and there was a gap between them.
