I liked how we were accepted: I felt as that I am part of the family and not only the guest. Staff really care to give you a domestic impression with all home made food. They were allways prepare to help and keep you feel comfortable like at home.

Comfortable rooms, nice view, beautiful breakfast room, helpful ' accommodating staff. The shuttle service to the train station. From train station to Venice only 20 min.

wifi limited to 4 hrs & only in lobby !!!!!!

Limited breakfast selection, no wash cloths, wifi limited to 4 hrs (12 would be better) & only in lobby (prefer service in room, too) & limited to one device per person (2 devices would be preferred)

Very bad Internet.

The service was excellent. One of the friendliest and most accomodating hotels we've ever stayed in. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend to anyone visiting Venice. Quiet, large rooms, great balconies and a 20 min train ride to the heart of Venice. Why stay in a tiny room in Venice itself when you can have a twice the hotel for half the price just outside.

Pleasant hotel, very nice room and large. Lovely staff, the parts of the hOtel which have been modernised are lovely, the hotel is set in lovely grounds. The shuttle service to the train station was excellent. Excellent value for money

I am very disappointed. I've seen a lot of hotels are cheaper and better, and I specifically chose the more expensive and 4 star hotel because I was hoping for something.. Noise, cheap plumbing like 2 star motel, dirt everywhere and old and dirt forgotten sweater in our room, not worked Wifi in the room, expensive restaurant, the bill of which included 10 euros for bread and water, which we did not asked and did not used, Onle one charger-adapter for the whole hotel! Poor and nasty breakfast with pay for drinks!

The staff at the hotel were very helpful and detail oriented. This always helps for people who are new to Venice. They also spoke good English. The room was decent size with good cleanliness. The hotel has a free shuttle service to the train station from where you can get direct trains to Venice and the journey takes about 20-30 minutes.

The room did not have a kettle and other tea/coffee making facilities. For a four star hotel I found that odd as these days even mediocre hotels have such facilities.There is no eating facilities in the hotel where people stay apart from the buffet breakfast room. You have to dine at the restaurant which is about 50 m away. It belongs to the same hotel but still you need to walk outside the hotel which is sometimes not very convenient in bad weather etc.

the service was impeccable and friendlily great breakfast and they run a great restaurant abut 200 metres from the hotel I was raccomendet from a friend and if i will go back to Venice I will stay there again

Convenient for the railway station. Facilities good if working and refreshed. Breakfast was good. I would stay again in the future but only if the cost did not exceed £47 for a double room in peak season.

Tired decor in the downstairs section, Swimming pool sun loungers faded and dirty, Grass at pool uncut and untidy. Light fittings hanging from the ceiling in room with exposed wires. Password machine for internet access broken. Railway timings information in the room folder was out of date. Ashtrays on breakfast tables. Charges for a second beverage drinks at breakfast. The directions for finding international channels on the TV did not exist and the staff were unable to give clear direction on how to find the BBC World Service. There was no information at all on places to eat in the local area nor were the staff informed on where the local pizzerias etc existed. The facilities for a 4 star rating were in place but the general maintenance was lacking and probably down to poor management and grip from the hotel manager. The staff were mostly welcoming , however at least x2 including the lady at main reception lacked 'customer service' training. No personality and verging on arrogant.

Good looks. Good transport options to Venice (free shuttle + train: about 1/2 h, check the time tables early on, tough).

Very small plastic pool. Weak internet signal (promised to improve in the future). Playground plagued by wasps. Spider webs and squashed mosquitoes in the room walls. Very uninteresting location.

Great value for the money. The hotel staff was excellent. (An older woman who worked the breakfast buffet was a bit cranky, but all the other staff were wonderful.) In the middle of a park, so a nice area to walk the dog. The room was big and comfortable. The restaurant next door was also great value for the money. A good place for day trips around the area. BUT: Not a good location unless you have a car. The hotel does offer a shuttle service to the airport and train station that takes you to Venice, but still there isn't much in the area you can walk to.

I liked everything about the hotel, but it is not in a great location unless you have a car.

The staff was very accomodating, friendly and helpful. The room was large, clean and nicely decorated. We really liked the patio. The grounds were beautiful - I would like to have stayed longer so that we could have enjoyed this more fully.

Without a car, it is difficult to get to. We travelled by train but would not do that again. The location is not easily accessible with public transportation,which is a shame because it is a beautiful place to stay.

Nice staff, good breakfast, big rooms with terrace, territory....

Staff was nice. Free service to the train station was the deal we think about, so it was also nice.

Internet service was so painfull, it was most radiculously stupid thing in the hotel?

Camere molto spaziose e confortevoli, servizio molto curato, qualita' del sonno eccellente e ottimo breakfast.

Il buffet del mattino: strepitoso, ricco, e prodotti di ottima qualita'...continuate cosi'...soprattutto la sig.ra francesca...simpaticissima, cordiale e molto disponibile...ha fatto di tutto per farci sentire a casa nostra rendendo il nostro soggiorno piacevolissimo!! Complimenti!!!

Nulla in particolare.. Non ho goduto di tutti I servizi per poterne fare un giudizio complessivo..considerato che sia il parco sia la piscina non era agibile per la stagione!!comunque sia se non variate il rapporto qualita' /prezzo avrete successo!!!un consiglio fate sempre delle offerte ...aumentera' la percentuale della vostra clientela!!!!
