My favorite part of the hotel was the amazing lounge area which had fantastic ambiance. You could sit outside on very comfortable lounge chairs and read, then order a drink from the bartender who would come and check in on you. Also, I felt like the hotel staff went above and beyond to ensure I had a great stay and got the most for my dollar/euro. They made several adjustments for us, for example, extending the checkout time at no extra cost, and then they held our bags at the front desk and let us hang around the hotel for an entire day because we were unable to get a ferry out until 0140 in the morning. Very accomodating. And finally, the attached thermal spas were fantastic. Unbelievably relaxing and scenic. I recommend eating at the hotel restaurant as well. Very good food.

The location is just sea side and very nice, with good view of the cove. And staffs at the reception are very kind. Most staffs speak good English, but even those who doesn't, such as Marco, are none the less friendly and helpful.

The DVD player was out of order. What was worse is that the bathroom I used was not air-conditioned and smelled. Provably, there seems to be a piping trouble. One morning, the whole room smelled so badly like manure. I asked to change the room but unfortunately, there was no spare room at that time. I appreciate the staff's consideration, however.

Meraviglioso! Un angolo di paradiso costruito su uno scoglio. Le camere sono praticamente sull'acqua. Il parco termale con le sue 12 piscine e la spiaggia privata è assolutamente stupendo. Cucina mediterranea molto buona. E' l'unico albergo che ha un parco termale incluso e in una zona immersa nel verde, completamente pedonale.

Bellissima la posizione. Staff cordialissimo e disponibile. Ottima la colazione. Parco termale eccellente.

I bagni in camera sono troppo piccoli e vecchi.

Staff poco cordiale ed efficiente; camere piccole e scomode da raggiungere; costo eccessivo per i servizi offerti.

Grandes chambres et salles de bain, parfait pour 4 personnes adultes. Service super! à l'extrémité du petit centre-ville charmant, à traffic limité. On peut aller partout à Sant'Angelo à pied à partir de l'hôtel. Service de porte-bagage jusqu'à la chambre et de la chambre au taxi. Vue à couper le souffle de la terrasse de l'hôtel. Plein de coins cachés au bord de l'eau plus beaux les un que les autres.

Pas d'ascenseur, mais service adéquat. Style année 90 chic, besoin de réno, surtout au niveau du look et du spa, mais les installations fonctionnent bien et on peut bien y relaxer. Spa sur la terrasse de notre chambre vide, sans eau et donc pas chauffé!?

La location è incantevole, unica. Una fetta di mare dalla finestra, un intera baia, dalla terrazza panoramica. Il giardino termale Aphrodite è un mix di tradizione termale e parco botanico, con una vista mozzafiato sulla caldera interna dell'antico vulcano che, collassato in mare, ha creato la baia dei Maronti, e I cui effluvii inestinti creano le acque calde e le fumarole. Miramare resort è un luogo unico, per la medicina dell'anima e del corpo. Lo consiglierei a chi sa amare I luoghi unici, inimitabili, irripetibili. E il prezzo, pur sostenuto, è molto inferiore a quanto il Miramare offre.
