Location. Our room was lovely and they gave us an upgrade as we were celebrating our 25th wedding anniversary. Free entrance to spa every day. Close to restaurants. Very friendly waiters for breakfast. Views from bedroom and terrace. Breakfast lovely with gorgeous freshly squeezed orange juice. Nice products in bathrooms.

Breakfast on terrace is lovely but views covered with curtains. Chopped fresh fruit in the morning. Strawberries would have been nice. Bathroom spot lights very hot they melted the plastic tops of our sun lotions!

The view is unbeatable!! Everything overlooks the sea, and all the pathways are immaculate, the hotel is charming, the food was wonderful, particularly the breakfast buffet, which was enormous and varied. Very nice staff, wonderful friendly cleaning ladies and reception staff. All the hotel waiters were delightful. The Aphrodite restaurant was fabulous with a great menu and the Aphrodite fruit snack bar was superb and run by the most cheerful and helpful person on the whole staff.

The private beach is VERY small and it is not possible to pre-book sunbeds by room, so it is a matter of making a mad dash to the beach immediately after breakfast to grab a spot. The changing rooms in the Aphrodite area are a bit down at heel and not very clean. The girl at the cassa desk at the Aphrodite entrance was a little too busy flirting with all the young male staff to actually help the guests. The fitness room was small and TOO HOT!! Air conditioning please! It would be nice if the Aphrodite area (particularly the fitness room) stayed open later than 6pm. Young children banging on the grand piano in the bar area got to be quite a nuisance.

The swim pool closes at 6 pm.. Would be nice to chill in pool longer.

The location of the hotel in the picturesque village of Sant Angelo is stunning and the absence of motor cars adds to the feelings of tranquility and peace. The hotel is perched on the cliffs and parts extend out over the sea. Included in the booking is use of the Club Appollen Thermal Pools which are wonderful, restorative and a source of well being.

    The ocean

The entire time we all felt uneasy. Service was horrible. Rooms were very dated.

oh, difficult to express in words.. the soul, the spirit, the atmosphere, good energy, friendship, time machine that takes you to the beginning of 20ths century where travelling was exclusive...even it is car free zone ! I like very much the view, the plants, the silence, rusticity of hotel and politeness of the staff...

Location-sleepy fishing village with amazing views. The hotel veranda which hung over the sea had lots of comfy seating for reading a book or a glass of wine. The restaurant was beautiful with exceptional food and service. I loved the view from my room and was mesmerized by the moon rising over the water each night. The cliff side walkway leading to the Aphrodite spa was lined with beautiful flora and smelt of citrus and honeysuckle. Very relaxing, had a private villa feel.

The shower was very tight and small. Limited access to internet service. The front desk staff were not always helpful. They had no information or suggestions on touring or sites in English.(very few English tourist here) Although the housekeeping and restaurant staff were excellent!!

Hotel was a great choice of hotels. It was good value for money, great location, super breakfast, friendly helpful staff and very clean. My mother and I would highly recommend a stay there. Many thanks to Hotel for making our holiday in Sant'Angelo a happy one.

    Really nothing

Ischia was beautiful. The room was very spacious and the restaurant and bar staff were friendly.

The rooms were very noisy. The walls and doors were very thin, so we could hear people in the hallways and every time someone flushed the toilet in the room next to us or above us. The hotel advertises a fitness center, but it is not available.

Great position, very friendly and helpful staff. Apollon restaurant better value than anything down at the Sant Angelo port, especially when we were offered fresh fish or lobster caught on the day. The chef cooked simply and very well. The set menu was also good value for money.

The Miramare resort was a bit tired and run-down in places. Could do with a tidy up. Not much there for children of my daughters age (8) but she was happy on the beach and there were various things made available to hire or borrow from the beach cafe which made it more fun for her. Watch out for the taxi drivers/ electric cart drivers as they seem to charge whatever they think they can get away with. Not quite as bad as the taxi drivers in Naples but you'll be lucky to escape being ripped off if you're not careful!

The hotel grounds were amazing, and the pools were cleaned everyday, the breakfast was great eggs and bacon and delicious cakes. And the staff were great.

The wifi only worked by the bar.

Excellent location, admirable sea view, big territory of SPA with thermal pools, beauty centre, restaurants, bars, subtropics plants and sand beach. The rooms are clean and comfortable

Internet is only in the bars, which is not convenient. The ratio “quality- price” is a little bit “heavier” for prices. Especially we felt it during our transfer to the continent after check out. They’ve almost been late with the delivery of our luggage to the taxi station that made us nervous, because we had to catch the ship in time. We would also wish more involvement of the staff into the organisation of excursions. At least they have to ensure that a representative of a tourist agency, providing excursions is available every day. During our stay we’ve lost the whole first week before were provided with opportunity to enrol into excursions.
