Rooms spacious, clean, quiet, tasteful. Free wifi. Friendly staff. Set in nice grounds. Aircon worked. Nice bathrooms. All in all an excellent hotel. Not the place to choose if you want to be right near the lake, but we weren't bothered so it was fine. It's just a short drive inland. |

A high quality hotel but hard to understand why it is there. Very quiet with surprisingly few guests for a Friday night. Occasional rumbling from the train tunnel nearby No food avalable on a Friday evening. Breakfast next day poor |

The hotel is very near to malpensa aerport.It is a modern hotel the room is beatifull the bed is very comfortable the bathroom is surprisingly spascios.The breakfast is rich and nice.The stuff was very helpfull. |

Beautiful scenery of the forest, very new hotel, lovely design, rooms, , free internet, facilities, etc. Very close to Malpensa airport (15 m by car) and very close to the lakes Maggiore, Como, Varese and Lugano. Fantastic location and excellent experience overall When you turn on the TV, there are 4 adult channels that come up almost immediately. Be careful if you want to avoid that for some reason (children, etc.), press the TV button on the remote. |

everything was excellent, spacious luxury rooms, very clean, nice breakfast & polite wlecome surely I would recommended this hotel by all means it should have more detailed directions. |

Good location, parking, large modern room, modern furniture , breakfast was ok, easy to find The bedfrieze was sticking out ,so very dangerous for hurting your legs if you do not take care. You have to like the modern plastic chairs. |

The decor We arrived the night before an early flight so simply wanted a nice room and dinner. However, we were told that we couldn't have dinner because there was only one solitary memeber of staff in the hotel! He did offer to make us a sandwich but that was not what we wanted. We were forced to drive to find a restaurant in an area we did not know. Next morning I was told "I can only give you coffee" |

The food was fairly poor and it appears that they are only just beginning as a hotel i.e. the walks areas around them is still not open to visitors |

The staff were excellent, very helpful and welcoming. They went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable, even gave us a lift to Arona and back so that we could see something of the area while we were there. The rooms were nice and clean and stylish. The bed was comfortable and it was nice and quiet. There is no public transport nearby, so without a car it is quite isolated. Pay-TV is available, but the free-preview was offensive, there was no warning that the preview was pornographic. (Or if there was it was in Italian only and not clear.) |
