Nothing - it was the furthest thing from a stay in Italy No bathroom counter space. Bathroom door opened against the toilet. No window to look out of. |

very comfortable bed; nice staff; very accommodating staff had extra crib all set up in room prior to our arrival and allowed us to have our dog there. not a good place for little kids, lots of fragile things in public spaces, could hear airplanes overhead starting at 5am. |

Convenient location close to both Milan Malpensa airport, and Lake Maggiore. Although just off the motorway the hotel has an attractive site enclosed by woodland. Inside it had some stylish design features. The staff were very friendly, and the breakfast was excellent for the price. |

Beautiful setting. Modern decor. Friendly, helpful staff. Convenient to Malpensa Airport. Free shuttle. (Taxi would cost about 35 Euros each way.) Great price. Nice breakfast. Overall excellent. |

Price, staff - very nice. Floor in our bathroom was dirty. Carpet wasn't vacum. I was seak after breakfast (eggs). I think that it was because I been there on Sunday. |

Friendliness of staff, clean rooms, free internet. The hotel being very new, every thing looks clean and good but you can easily tell this is quite low quality furniture / building. It will run down fairly quickly in my opinion. Also, it is in the middle of nowhere so do not stay here if you intend to walk to a restaurant in town. Altogether, it is a good hotel for businessmen. |

Rooms spacious, clean, quiet, tasteful. Free wifi. Friendly staff. Set in nice grounds. Aircon worked. Nice bathrooms. All in all an excellent hotel. Not the place to choose if you want to be right near the lake, but we weren't bothered so it was fine. It's just a short drive inland. |

A high quality hotel but hard to understand why it is there. Very quiet with surprisingly few guests for a Friday night. Occasional rumbling from the train tunnel nearby No food avalable on a Friday evening. Breakfast next day poor |

The hotel is very near to malpensa aerport.It is a modern hotel the room is beatifull the bed is very comfortable the bathroom is surprisingly spascios.The breakfast is rich and nice.The stuff was very helpfull. |
