Everything! The staff was amazingly nice and helpful, the facillites were immaculate and the stay was relaxing and beautiful. The food was amazing, the dinner and breakfast were just incredible! Would definitely stay there again-cant wait to go back!! |

Relaxed atmosphere, and somewhat cooler than the heat below in Portferraio at sea-level. Quiet. There was an hourly bus service from outside the hotel to the town below, where connections with other buses were available for island-wide travel [I did not take my car on the ferry and was very pleased with local transport]. Nothing in particular. However would be useful to have internet, as public facility didn't exist. |

The hotel was nice, although is definitely not a 4star hotel. I would say is 3 star. The internet was not working. The pool was empty. |

Nice environment--secluded. The restaurant is great-maitre'd is excellent. Other than that, I would never stay here again. Not a 4 star hotel. Needs a major upgrade. Too expensive for amenities-- we got only 2 small bars of soap for a 3 night stay. Felt that we were ripped off cost-wise and very disappointed about the stay--except for the dinners, which were very good. Would never stay here again due to high cost and lack of any service as well as the condition of the room. |

la piscina La struttura in sè è buona, ma la qualità delle camere, dei servizi, della cucina e della spiaggia privata non sono assolutamente all'altezza di un hotel a 4 stelle.Non eravamo i soli a lamentarci. Non capisco il perchè di una gestione così carente. |
