The hotel is located in a beautiful park. Very quiet and the hotel pool was OK. The reception staff was very courteous. The hotel is certainly not a 4 star hotel. The furniture and the service were just 3 * (or lower) worthy . (Pool was not served breakfast buffet stingy) The wireless internet did not work. |

A nice rural setting that was five minutes from the beach and the main Town. The outside areas and pool are excellent. The hotel beach which is a five minute drive away is one of the best on the island by far, its glorious. On the first night was given a room on 4th floor which was not up to 4 star level, very basic and small. We were moved the next night at the hotel's request to a large suite on the third floor which was much better.In fact they should close the 4th floor as it looks like a school dormitory. The remainder of the hotel was up to standard, although a bit shabby around the edges in places for a 4 star and €220 a night. Charging €20 for the beach beds and Umbrella is a bit greedy. |

Everything! The staff was amazingly nice and helpful, the facillites were immaculate and the stay was relaxing and beautiful. The food was amazing, the dinner and breakfast were just incredible! Would definitely stay there again-cant wait to go back!! |

Relaxed atmosphere, and somewhat cooler than the heat below in Portferraio at sea-level. Quiet. There was an hourly bus service from outside the hotel to the town below, where connections with other buses were available for island-wide travel [I did not take my car on the ferry and was very pleased with local transport]. Nothing in particular. However would be useful to have internet, as public facility didn't exist. |

La posizione, la cortesia del personale al ricevimento, gli spazi comuni, il parco esterno, la bellezza esteriore della struttura. Verosimilmente a causa del periodo di bassa stagionalità, il personale di servizio ci è apparso appena sufficiente. La piscina era già chiusa e l'area circostante poco curata. Il ristorante funzionava soltanto self-service. Le camere necessiterebbero di interventi atti a conservare il prestigio di un quattro stelle di classe. |

Recht schöner Außeneindruck, Halle und Bar zwar aus der Mode aber stilistisch geschlossen und gepflegt. Holz, Marmor - über Geschmack läßt sich streiten. Gute große Betten. Hilfreiche Mitarbeiter im Rahmen der knappen Möglichkeiten. Sehr gepflegter, schöner Pool. Ausreichende Parkmöglichkeit. Sehr heterogen: Das Hotel hält Tauben, die überall "Spuren" hinterlassen. Flachbildschirm aber zerrissener Teppich, Kleinstes Bad, Bar geschlossen. Unsägliches Frühstück, der Gast muß alles selbst an den Tisch bringen. Abendessen trotz prima Salaten und Vorspeisen nicht angemessen, ein Würstchen als Hauptgang ist grotesk. Das Haus wird nicht geführt, sorry für die Mitarbeiter. |

Rien!! Nous avons payé notre première nuit, ainsi qu' une pénalité pour annulation de 180€ !!. La chambre n'etait pas propre. Cet hotel dispose d'une superbe villa mais les chambres ne sont pas dignes d'un ****. Nous avons était logé dans une chambre sous les combles de la villa. Nous avions pourtant pris une chambre supérieure!!. Nous sommes partis dés le deuxième jour. Cet hotel devrait prévoir une remise à neuf des chambres. J'estime avoir été trompé sur le produit. |

Durante il periodo di calura, in cui ho soggiornato, la freschezza del posto pur essendo vicino ai luoghi di mare (hotel posizionato nel verde di una collinetta) Non è in un centro abitato e comunque il luogo nelle ore notturne è praticamente isolato, è indispensabile avere un mezzo di trasporto per accedere ai paesi dell'Isola d'Elba (da non perdere poiché meravigliosi, pieni di vita ed attrazioni) |

la posizione tranquilla, ottimo come base per chi vuol fare il tour dell'isola. Staff adeguato e pronto a dare informazioni su come impegnare il tempo. Risente di un lungo periodo di chiusura ma sono sicuro che se ritorno lo troverò migliorato nei servizi Il parcheggio è disperso, non asfaltato e privo di copertura; manca wireless gratutito; scarsa pulizia dei bagni.... |

hmmm..... Es war sehr ruhig. privat Strand 10min. vom Hotel entfernt mit dem Auto (Kosten 20 Euro / Tag) (gem. Beschreibung 5min.), Sauberkeit mangelhaft, Morgenessen kleinlich, Personal mehr oder weniger freundlich, Lage in den Wäldern, abgeschieden von der Stadt, schlecht zugänglich ohne Auto, WLAN funktioniert nicht (kein Empfang), 1 1/2 A-4 Seite Poolregeln, Lift max. 2 Personen (Steinzeit), Klimaanlage (Steinzeit), im Bad war das Fenster direkt neben dem WC vom Boden bis auf Hüfthöhe, der Weg zum Napoleon Museum führt direkt neben dem Hotel vorbei, dauernd gaffende Leute, mit dem Fernseher konnte nur ZDK, KIKA und Eurosport auf Deutsch empfangen werden.Max. 3*** Standart |
