Rich interior Hotel staff apparently did not know we were arriving so we had to wait for the room to be prepared. Breakfast is very poor for a 4 star. |

The hotel was close to a motorway and the first night was extremely noisy due to a number of coach parties and a lot of exuberant schoolchildren. We were upgraded to a suite which was spacious, but although there was a kettle and teabags in the room we couldn't plug it in and there were no cups. |

The room was spacious and quite clean, but very bare This is a pretentious but soulless hotel. The buffet breakfast was very modest. It is outside the town, and was nearly impoosible to find. No internet connection. It is very close to an elevated highway, which would be very noisy for rooms on that side of the hotel. |

nichts unfreundliches Personal, laut und Frühstück unterstes Niveu, von den sechs Hotels die wir auf der Rundreise gehabt haben, war es bei weitem das schlechteste und teuerste zugleich. |

E' grandiosa la hall nella camera non c'era niente funzionante.Nè il televisore,nè l'asciugacapelli(era rotto penzoloni sul suo appoggio). La signorina alla reception non si è data minimamente da fare per risolvere quei problemi,ci ha fatto cambiare stanza dandocene un'altra più piccola ,più brutta e senza terrazzo. |

Eines der schlechtesten Hotels, in dem ich je übernachtet habe, trotz pompöser Lobby. Das Zimmer - einfachst - mit direktem Kontakt zur Autobahn. Der Außenpool eine Jauchegrube, der Innenpool leer, keine Sitzmöglichkeit im Außenbereich. Statt der gebuchten 4 Nächte sind wir nach der 1. Nacht abgereist. |

Schrecklicher Abflussgeruch im Zimmer bei Ankunft.Federn der Matratze drücken durch und sind einzeln fühlbar. Frühstück erbärmlich. |

La vicinanaza alla Villa Romana ed alla città di Piazza Armerina Piscina non pulita e quindi inutilizzabile.per raggiungere le camere dalla hall bisognava fare molta strada. |

Das Nachtessen war gut, die Bedienung freundlich und aufmerksam. Das Zimmer war ruhig und sauber. Umgebung hässlich. Bezahlung mit VISA-Karte nicht möglich. Bei der Bezahlung der Rechnung wollte der Mitarbeiter an der Reception Euro 100.- statt der vereinbarten Euro 80.- verlangen. Als ich ihn auf seinen Irrtum aufmerksam machte, reduzierte er die Rechnung wortlos um Euro 20.- |

absolut nichts, verkommen trotz relativem Neubau und ausgesprochen schmutzig. Minibar hatte noch nicht einmal 1 Flasche Wasser Inhalt!!! nichts, siehe oben Wenn eine weitere Beschwerde nicht erwünscht ist sollte mich erst auch gar nicht fragen !!!!!! |

Typiquement hôtel de touristes sans charme. Accueil froid et chambre propre mais literie de qualité moyenne. La situation géographique est pourtant intéressante. |

Wir hatten ein sehr schönes Zimmer. Das Hotel liegt günstig zur Villa Romano Casale, deretwegen wir ausschließlich nach Piazza Armerina gefahren sind.Frühstück war nicht besonders, aber das ist in Italien nichts neues. Vielleicht lag es auch daran, dass nur sehr wenige Gäste da waren. Aber es ist auf jeden Fall ein gepflegtes Hotel. |
