Staff is very nice and the rooms were ok. Breakfast is excellent. Parking is available and free of charge which is always appreciated. There is a small kitchen in the room. Room are a little bit ... old fashioned

The staff were excellent, friendly and accommodating. An ample breakfast made a great start to the day, followed by a trip up to the rooftop terrace and stunning views of the lagoon. The decor is a little tired and out-dated, but doesn't detract too much from the overall positive elements.

Everything! Special thanks!!! Grazie! To the personnel at the reception desk - they are great! And the shuttle-bus from the hotel to the beautiful Fenilia beach is very helpfull. I would definitely recommend this hotel to those who want to have both suntan and swimming and the possibility to take a bike and go to see the surroundings or get the train to Rome or Pisa, or have a car ride to Sienna or Florence...many things to do and see really! Just one moment was that I did not like: the shower nozzle that is unremovable or better say you have to make a certain dance in the shower cubicle.

Location to attractions without being on top of them. Walking distance to great food and historic town centre. Location to seaside and attraction assosiated with that. Freindly and helpful staff at front desk. Clean and comfortable for a very good price.

Good location for touring the Maremma coast and the staff were freindly. Good Wifi in room too. The breakfast room is not a pleasant space and there is no service - you even have to go to the lady at the the cofffee bar for your drinks yourself.

We had 4x bicycles with us and they were extremely accommodating - allowed us to lock the bikes securely in the garage. Room was ideal and the breakfast excellent.

Tutti idipendenti sono molto gentili le camere e gli spazi comuni sono ampi e puliti in HotelBuona la colazione e comodissima la navetta per la feniglia Nel web si vedeva una piscina con intorno delle sdraio ma quando abbiamo chiesto dov'era ci hanno detto che nonesisteva piscina e che c'era una vasca idromassaggio inaccessibile perchè fuori uso. Secono me questa cosa v segnalata perchè io ho scelto questo Hotel per la piscina

большой двухкомнатный номер. хороший для италии завтрак. персонал на ресепции не предоставляет никакой информации, пока сам не поинтересуешься (например, мы о необходимости взять в отеле ваучер на зонтик и лежаки на пляже узнали случайно). информация об отеле, размещенная на "букинге", не соответствует действительности. так, указывается, что отель имеет собственный пляж. фактически предоставляются зонтики и лежаки (1 зонтик и 2 лежака на номер, независимо от количества проживающих) на пляже "фенилья", находящемся в 5-ти километрах от отеля. также на сайте указывается, что отель предоставляет трансфер до пляжа "фенилья". фактически трансфер предоставляется тому, кто "успеет" (нужно бронировать место за день или более на определенное время). в день приезда нам отказали в трансфере и сказали нам расписание общественного транспорта... на сайте указывается наличие собственной парковки. фактически оказалось, что места в гараже ограничены. по нашему приезду ни мест в гараже, ни мест парковки около гостиницы не оказалось. нам посоветовали поискать места парковки по городу...

Il personale dell'albergo è semplicemente favoloso. Sono davvero gentili e disponibili. Ci hanno dedicato tutto il tempo necessario per darci informazioni sui ristoranti, spiagge, situazioni metereologiche...insomma, sono stati capaci di gestire al meglio quattro clienti pesanti come noi.. E' da rivedere di certo l'arredamento interno. Decisamente vintage. Capisco conservare I letti, o l'armadio (con quelli riesco a convivere). Un po' meno la cucina.

La sala per la colazione (ri-ammodernata) rispetto al resto. La vista sulla laguna dalla terrazza dell'ultimo piano. Il tempo si è fermato agli anni '60-'70!! Sarebbe auspicabile un rinnovo di tutto l'arredamento, almeno per la stanza 412!!!!

Colazione con buffet molto ricco La pulizia della camera non era granchè, in bagno erano presenti capelli nel piatto doccia, I pavimenti non proprio puliti da camminare scalzi o con calze chiare.

Frühstück war ok. Von wo stammen die Fotos bei booking.com??? Alles alt, in den Zimmern war ein beissender Geruch... Meine Freunde und ich sind uns sicher, dass wir dieses Hotel nicht mehr buchen werden.
