Park Hotel Villa Potenziani  

The hotel itself is beautiful and has unusal fixers and fittings well worth a look. I liked the size of the rooms and bathroom. The breakfast was great and well catered for.

I didn't like that on your website it advertised restaurant and swimming pool and bar and none was available when we arrived. We took it on the chin and asked for directions to a supermarket so we may bye some wine and nibbles as we where tired and did not want to make the journey back into town later to try and find a restaurant. When we first arrived we asked for a drink and was directed to our mini bar as the bar was not available. Upon return with our supplies I politely asked for a couple of wine glasses and was told unless I bought their restaurant wine (which when enquired earlier was told both restaurant and bar was not open) I couldn't have the glasses. A very discourteous reception staff stood there ground about the glasses so we started drinking out of plastic cups. Later they rang their manager who directed them to give us the wine and glasses. A very small request which under the circumstances turned into a major deal by the only two staff on residence. A nice hotel to stay but the pool was green and we seemed to be the only guests so nothing was available to us even though they happily took our booking.

Nice, quiet, luxory hotel. Good breakfast. Good restaurant but our children find it to much culinair... Very good beds, great size. Very clean rooms. To be in such a nice building gives the children the feeling being special. They loved it and so do we. Swimmingpool perfect (with parasols and enough sunbeds), tenniscourt perfect for a good play! When you want to go somewhere, you have to go with the car, it is to far to walk to Rieti. We loved our stay here.

The location was great. We had a short walk to the beach. The hotel had its own section on the beach where we could rent an umbrella and chairs for the day. There was a reasonable hotel lunch spot at the beach. We were an easy walk away from the old city. Lots of places to eat there. The hotel had a pool if you did not want to go to the beach. Breakfast was included in the room rate and offered a lot of variety.

At first it was a little hard to find and we even had a Garmin GPS system telling us where to go.

La struttura,una bellissima villa settecentesca, il grande parco, la quiete, e il ristorante con la sua bellissima sala.

La posizione, il parco e la struttura che, ancorchè non sia nata come hotel, è veramente imponente e di classe. Mia moglie ed io siamo andati in ottobre ma credo che con il parco fiorito e con un periodo di ferie, anche di due o tre giorni, e non di una sola notte il tutto sia veramente splendido. In caso di nuova visita a Rieti certamente cercherò di soggiornare ancora a Villa Potenziani e lo proporrò ad amici interessati.

Non ho fatto caso se fosse esposto o meno quindi potrei sbagliare nel mio giudizio. Poichè il ristorante è imponente e di gran classe può spaventare il viaggiatore credo quindi che sarebbe bene che l'hotel esponesse in luogo visibile sia il menù del giorno sia I prezzi praticati.

Accès à la ville un peu difficile

Frequento la città da un paio di anni perchè la mia fidanzata è di Rieti, ma è la prima volta che pernotto in questo hotel. Una sola parola: strepitoso! La villa è di una bellezza incredibile, un vero paradiso per chi come me lavora e vive a Roma. Il giardino e il parco ben curati, peccato fosse troppo freddo per usufruire della piscina. La cena, con I miei futuri suoceri, è stata perfetta: non ricordo l'ultima volta che ho mangiato così bene. Da sottolineare la cortesia e professionalità del personale. Esperienza assolutamente da ripetere.

scomodi i bagni, troppo spartani i set in dotazione per la toilette, sotto tono la sistemazione e l'arredamento della sala e della terrazza per la colazione

Ci è piaciuto tutto ! Bella camera, ottima colazione e staff cordiale.

Ristorante chiuso di sabato sera senza alcun preavviso quando avevamo programmato di cenare in hotel ed alla serena e pacata segnalazione di tale piccolo disguido ci è stato detto che dovevamo informarci....ridicolo.
