The hotel was beautiful and clean with a great lobby area and patio. The breakfast buffet was above average and the free wine and snacks during happy hour were a nice touch. The room was larger than most we have seen in Italy and it had a safe in it, which was great as well. |

It was clean and comfortable Was promised use of an Iron by one member of staff but when I asked for it was told by another that it was hotel policy not to give it out. Small problem but a nuisance all the same as we had a wedding to attend and we had to go a little wrinkled as there was not time to leave it for room service. |

Grounds v attractive.Meal in restaurant good value at 20 euros for 3 courses incl wine/water.Room a little on the small size for 3 adults but well fitted out. Arrived hot after travelling and told couldn't use the pool as was a wedding that night.Triple room had only a child bed for our 6ft 2 son!!To be fair the staff addressed these problems after min. complaining.Pool needs cleaning better. |

Courteous manner of all the staff. On arrival we took lunch, which was fantastic value and amazing food. Our waiter was particularly attentive and polite throughout. We will be recommending the hotel to friends! Very small, but I think the 'tinned' fruit salad at breakfast spoiled the authenticity of the remaining food (which included locally produced bread/cake etc) Further, the pool does need to be painted (under the water) as it looks neglected. |

the location was lovely and peaceful and easy to get to Rome. Good breakfast the bathroom had no toilet roll holder, there were no hooks for towels and the windows were single glaze so you could hear everything outside |

The hotel and their staff were all very welcoming. Excellent service - very helpful and efficient. Bedroom well designed and immaculately clean. Hotel arrangements for early morning taxi to Ciampino airport were very good, and removed the stress of doing it ourselves! .I enjoyed my stay immensly and i would defintly recommend Villaferrata to a friend!!! |

Hotel comodo dal punto di vista lostico sia per il grande parcheggio a disposizione sia perchè ai limiti del centro urbano e quindi toccato marginalmente dal traffico urbano delle ore di punta. Problemi logistici e di camera dovuti al fatto che l'albergo è in ristrutturazione pesante con interferenze con la zona ad uso del pubblico. Servizi igienici inadeguati dal punto di vista dei contenuti (mancanza di portaasciugamani, porta rotoli igienici) con conseguente poco spazio per il posizionamento degli accessori personali sul piano del lavabo. |

La professionalità , il senso generale di una perfetta organizzazione e la cura di ogni dettaglio. Abbiamo pernottato in quest'hotel per partecipare ad una conferenza a Frascati ed abbiamo avuto a disposizione il courtesy bus per tutti gli spostamenti dalla stazione del treno, alla sede dell'evento. Lo consigliamo a tutti. |

Tutto: la posizione, la pulizia, l'eleganza degli arredi e la professonalità dello staff:carratteristiche difficilmente riscontrabili in hotel di categoria anche superiore. Ci tornerò sicuramente. |

Ansprechendes Hotel mit Ambiente. Freundliche Rezeption mit einer deutschsprechenden, hilfsbereiten Mitarbeiterin. Das Frühstück ist gut. Es wäre jedoch schön, wenn auch auf der Terrasse gedeckt würde. Mit dem Zug ist man in 25 Minuten am Hauptbahnhof in Rom. Etwas schwer (auch mit Navigation) zu finden. Offensichtlich beliebtes Haus für Hochzeiten. Am Samstagabend gab es keinen freien Parkplatz. Erst nach Reklamation bei der Rezeption wurde ein Mitarbeiteauto weggefahren. |

La gentilezza dello staff, che all'arrivo ci ha offerto un aperitivo a bordo piscina.La stanza sorprendentemente spaziosa ed arredata con dettagli di vero gusto: parquet, marmo nei bagni, specchiere antiche e tendaggi di gran pregio!La pulizia merita un dieci e lode, come la prima colazione che viene servita a buffet (inclusa nel prezzo) ed assortita con un'infinità di dolci preparati da loro! |

Prachtig domein, rustige omgeving en uitstekend comfort in de kamers Zwembad dient eerder als parade. Het water was ijskoud en niet proper. Het zwembad kan ook niet gebruikt worden wanneer er recepties gegeven worden in het hotel (huwelijksfeesten) |
