場所はCENTROから少し離れた住宅街なので、静かでパーキングもあり、車での移動の方にはよいところで- す。PARMAで大きな見本市があり、近くのホテルが取れなくてこちらに滞在しましたが、会場までは１時間- ほどでしたので助かりました。朝食は普通のイタリアのホテルにしては充実していて美味しかったです。 最初に案内された部屋の雨戸？ブラインドが上がりきらず、持ち上げたら 今度は上がりも下がりもせずスタッフに伝えると部屋を変えてくれました。空き部屋があったのでよかったです- が、メンテナンスは先にしてほしいと思いました。

Il personale e' gentilissimo e disponibile,l'hotel sembra una sorta di casa incantata,colorata ed accogliente.si e' in centro ma c'e' silenzio ed e' possibile riposare svegliandosi con il rumore degli uccelli.E' Vicinissimo al Parco del Crostolo o delle Caprette.

La gentilezza dello staff e la varietà della colazione, oltre alla posizione quieta e al bel panorama sulla piscina, dal quarto piano. letti comodissimi. Un po' di polvere di troppo sia negli spazi comuni che nelle camere.

La struttura viene presentata sul sito come integralmente non fumatori e nelle camere ci sono I posacenere e una puzza di fumo rivoltante!!!! L'hotel è quasi fatiscente con moquette e ascensore digustosi. L'ultima volta che qualcuno ha verificato la struttura per confermare le 3 stelle era almeno venti anni fa!! Allucinante!!

Colazione discreta Rumori la mattina presto perche' camere poco isolate, scarsa pulizia nel bagno con peli nel bidet che non erano I nostri ma di ospiti precedenti..l'ascensore con moquette da aspirare al piu' presto possibile perche' faceva proprio schifo.. Il resto abbastanza tetro.lo consiglio se trovate l'offerta che si spende poco .

Udobno bivanje ob nizki ceni Zelo smo bili zadovoljni z bivanjem v hotelu, le strežba na večerji je potekala malo počasneje, verjetno je bil vzrok maraton in malo večje število gostov v hotelu.
