Very nice hotel, especially the staff. We missed the time change and therefore breakfast, but they brought us breakfast anyway. It's right in the downtown area within easy walking distance. It was raining when we stayed there but I think the garden would be a really nice place to eat/drink a beer in the summer. |

Sehr freundliche, zuvorkommende, aufmerksame Mitarbeiter, sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtete Zimmer sowie Frühstücksraum, Restaurant und Bar, reichhaltiges Frühstücksbuffet, sehr zentrale Lage, hervorragender Kaffee...aber den gibt´s ja fast überall in bella Italia...:-) Enge Parkgarage, der Lift war zweimal ausgefallen...wir wohnten im 4. Stock, aber er ging dann sehr schnell wieder. |

Eccellente posizione; personale della reception gentilissimo e disponibile. Ottima disponibilità di parcheggio: autosilo pubblico adiacente, accessibile direttamente dalla hall. Camera decisamente spaziosa, con grande salotto ben arredato. Letti molto comodi. Ottima prima colazione. Ottimo l'Hotel, pessimo il servizio ristorante: infatti, pur avendo riservato due posti con un mese circa di anticipo, ci è stato proposto di cenare praticamente allo stesso tavolo con due sconosciuti. Abbiamo rinunciato. Caduta di stile inammissibile in una struttura a quattro stelle. Peccato. |

Das Service war sehr gut sowie auch das Personal freundlich. Wie schon erwähnt, die Zimmer sind sehr lärmempfindlich. Das ist sehr störend. Bessere Isolierung wäre von Vorteil. |

La posizione è centralissima, con comodo parcheggio auto a prezzo modico. La pulizia delle camere è ammirevole, le camere sono spaziose. Colazione con ampia scelta e servizio efficiente. Personale gentile e dsponibile. |

Geräumige, gute Zimmer in parkähnlicher Umgebung inmitten der Stadt Bozen. Restaurant bis 22.00 Uhr geöffnet und Bestellungen möglich, aber vor 22.00 Uhr wurden schon geräuschvoll Tische und Stühle gerückt und das Frühstücksbufett für den nächsten Tag vorbereitet. Keine gemütliche Atmosphäre ab 21.30 Uhr mehr vorhanden! Das Essen war gut! |
