The staff were very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was satisfactory and the room was pleasant. The decor is quite outdated, the design of the room left to be desired, the placement of the bed was awkward and caused injury.

Location, location, location! If you've driven in through the somewhat odd entrance via a parking house you can walk directly out the old city once you've checked in. One tip: go to left, just beside the sportshop Northland lies a small restaurant with one of Italy´s best kitchen. Well recommended! We stayed two nights and had booked a junior suite. But this one must have been their smallest with no direct view through the small windows.

Staff very friendly and helpfull Just a warning, the rooms are quite dark. It is an old building and was build to keep the suheat out, decoration is oldfashioned italian...some like it some don't...I love it.

Mitten in der Altstadt liegt eine Oase mit Park.... Man kann sich sowohl Entspannen und Ruhe gönnen oder sich in den Tummel der Altstadt erfreuen!

Das Hotel hat eine Superlage für einen Stadtbesuch, die Parkmöglichkeiten für den pkw sind optimal. Es liegt mitten in der Stadt und hat einen schönen Garten, in dem man bei gutem Wetter auch die Mahlzeiten einnehmen kann.

Schöne Lage an der Bozener Altstadt, alles gut zu erreichen Wenn man zum Garten hin schläft, sollte man beachten, daß die Fenster schlecht schließen, keine Dichtungen haben und vor dem Garten der Zweiradparkplatz der Altstadt liegt. Das Hotel ist schön, hat aber seine beste Zeit hinter sich. Das Frühstück war eines Hauses, das im Restaurantbereich eine Michelinempfehlung hat, nicht würdig, da habe ich in weniger "besternten" Häusern vielfältigere und bessere Angebote erlebt- insgesamt würde ich da nicht noch einmal übernachten

Sehr schönes gepflegtes Hotel. Freundliches Personal. Saubere Zimmer, gute Matratzen und separate Decken. Schöner Wellness-Bereich. Super Restaurant, das Nachtessen war fantastisch und das Frühstückbuffet sehr reichhaltig. Wenn wir wieder einmal in dieser Region sind wissen wir wo wir den Mondschein geniessen. Natürlich im Luna. Leider keinen Safe im Zimmer

A pesar de ser un hotel antiguo se ve que tiene buen mantenimiento, su ubicación es buena, está en pleno centro de la ciudad, rodeado de amplios jardines propios. El servicio de desayuno es bueno y completo, dispone de garage y su ubicación lo hace muy accesible.

기차역 및 중심부, 버스 터미널에서 도보 5분 이내에 위치하여 접근성이 좋았으며, 아름다운 정원이 딸린 호텔도 무척 근사했습니다. 조식도 매우 특별했으며, 객실은 넓고 전망도 매우 훌륭했습니다. 어떤 흠도 잡을 수 없는 수준으로 생각됩니다.
