Exterior overwhelmed by ivy all over building and grounds. Could be lovely if grounds were cared for and building stripped of ivy and painted. Would also encourage people to use the outdoor barbecue restaurant.

Location, location, location! If you've driven in through the somewhat odd entrance via a parking house you can walk directly out the old city once you've checked in. One tip: go to left, just beside the sportshop Northland lies a small restaurant with one of Italy´s best kitchen. Well recommended! We stayed two nights and had booked a junior suite. But this one must have been their smallest with no direct view through the small windows.

The staff in therecption was very friendly and helpful and allow us to cancel 2 nights out of 3 booked without any charge. The hotel is very old and needs a serious renovation. The pictures on booking.comand ontheir web site do not reflect the reality. There was no AC in any of the rooms even though on booking.com it said ''AC on request and at an additional charge'' and we asked for this with 2 months in advance at the time we made the booking.

Beautiful new wellness/spa facilities. Very good buffet breakfast. Also enjoyed a delicious dinner in their restaurant. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

The staff were very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was satisfactory and the room was pleasant. The decor is quite outdated, the design of the room left to be desired, the placement of the bed was awkward and caused injury.

Staff very friendly and helpfull Just a warning, the rooms are quite dark. It is an old building and was build to keep the suheat out, decoration is oldfashioned italian...some like it some don't...I love it.

Sehr schönes, elegantes Hotel im Zentrum Bozens mit großem, ruhigem Park. Empfehlenswert auch das hoteleigene Restaurant der Spitzenklasse. Das sehr zuvorkommende Personal hat uns unseren Aufenthalt genießen lassen. Wir (52+47) können das Parkhotel Luna Mondschein nur empfehlen und werden gerne wieder kommen.

Wir können das Hotel nur weiterempfehlen, die Zimmer sind individuell eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Der Wellnessbereich ist zwar klein, aber wirklich schön! Das Frühstück bietet alles was das Herz begehrt und die Lage geht eigentlich nicht mehr besser.

La posizione e' unica e ha la comodita' del parcheggio coperto. Buon ristorante e buona colazione. E' difficile oggi considerarlo un quattro stelle. E' immutato da anni e a me sembra un viaggio nel passato, televisore compreso (un glorioso Mivar fine anni 80').

La posizione. L'hotel non è sicuramente all'altezza delle 4 stelle, la struttura è vecchia, sembra stato ammodernato l'ultima volta 40 anni fa.La categoria giusta per l'albergo potrebbe essere tranquillamente 2 stelle, il prezzo è veramente esagerato per ciò che offre.
