The hotel itself is really good and comfortable. Excellent breakfast, kind staff, great nature view. You'd better have a rented car though. It's not in the city center area.

There's nothing bad to say about it. Absolutely we'll return to Bolzano and surely stay again at Business Resort Parkhotel Werth.

Esteticamente è grazioso anche se tendono un pò a risparmiare su tutto...( ad esempio mettono a disposizione solo le cuffie da bagno e il sapone per mani e anche la colazione non è abbondante)

Il personale è gentile, ma non troppo disponibile. Io ho prenotato una camera matrimoniale deluxe che aveva anche una jacuzzi...sfortunatamente però non l'ho potuta nemmeno usare perchè non c'era acqua calda! Quando ho chiamato la reception mi è stato detto che avrebbero controllato e poi mi avrebbero richiamato, ma dopo un ora, dato che non avevo ricevuto risposta ho chiamato io, scoprendo che avevano completamente ignorato la mia segnalazione. A quel punto però hanno voluto verificare se effettivamente l'acqua calda mancava e sono venuti in camera, ma una volta constatata la cosa mi è stato detto che avrebbero provveduto la mattina seguente...quando noi saremmo parititi! Mi sembrano mancanze un pò gravi per un hotel del genere...

la cordialita' dello staff , l'ampiezza della camera (era una superior !!) , la vicinanza all'uscita dell'autostrada ed anche al centro di bolzano

il bagno era sfornito delle solite opzioni , tipo : spazzolino , dentifrico , sapone mobile , l'acqua della vasca esce al massimo della temperatura solo tiepida ...ma comunque sono piccole cose ..

Wir haben das Business Resort Parkhotel gewählt weil wir eine Woche Skiurlaub im Grödnertal gebucht hatten. Da wir aber bereits Sylvester schön verbringen wollten und das möglichst in der Nähe des Skiortes sind wir im internet auf die Suche nach einem schönen Hotel gegangen und wollten uns ein bißchen etwas Nettes gönnen. Daher haben wir uns auch über ein ansprechendes Angebot des Parkhotels im internet gefreut. Da wir unseren Sohn (8 Jahre) dabei hatten buchten wir ein dz mit Zustellbett. Lt. Internet ist ein Zustellbett in den dz auch kein Problem. Das Zustellbett fragten wir im Vorfeld nochmals tel. An, Das Hotel war gut zu finden und lag für unsere Zwecke auch gut. Gefallen hat uns vor allem das äußerst nette und hilfsbereite Personal. Auch das Frühstück war sehr ansprechend und ausreichend.

Wohl aufgrund des Zustellbettes gab man uns ein Zimmer im Altbau des Hotels (da war ein drittes Bett nämlich von Haus aus integriert). Dieses Zimmer hatte mit einer 4 Sterne Kategorie geschweige mit Resort oder Wellness allerdings rein gar nichts zu tun. Das Mobiliar war entsprechend alt, das Badezimmer nicht einladend und den Wasserhahn der Badewanne schafften wir nur zu zweit auf Dusche umzustellen. Der Wellnessbereich hat leider begrenzte öffnungszeiten, was dazu führte dass das relativ kleine Schwimmbad vorübergehend etwas zu gut besucht war. Der Wellnessbereich kostet leider extra und da Kinder leider nicht erlaubt sind (was im Vorfeld leider nirgendwo stand) haben wir darauf verzichtet. Das Hotel verfügt leider auch nicht über ein eigenes Restaurant. Nichts desto Trotz verbrachten wir einen sehr schönen Sylvesterabend in Bozen und auch das Zimmer hätte unseren Ansprüchen genügt. äRgerlich fanden wir einfach nur, dass man trotz Nachfrage, den Preis eines "Neubau"-Zimmers (wie es auch im internet bildlich angepriesen wird) von uns abkassierte, zuzüglich 30 Euro für ein Zustellbett. Das empfand ich persönlich als Abzocke und trübte den Aufenthalt doch sehr!

La camera bellissima, I proprietari cordiali e molto disponibili. Bella atmosfera e ottima pulizia.

Il frigorifero della camera semivuoto, la mancanza di appendiabiti e I fili elettrici che fuoriescono dal muro dove manca un'applique.

Bellissimo hotel. Un po 'fuori centro, ma con la porta del bus. Personale molto attento e cordiale. Ricca prima colazione servita in un elegante salone. Ci hanno offerto una stanza libera al livello superiore della riserva.
