Helpfulness of staff (e.g. good advice re wine & food), design features, a good night's sleep! We liked it so much that we returned for another night and found the staff just as friendly and helpful, with very useful tips on what local facilities were still open out of season and the best way to reach the airport. |

The hotel was very clean, and the staff were very pleasant and helpful It was quite noisey in the rooms. needs sound proofing a bit better, and the pool was not clean |

We only stayed for one night and found the hotel meet our requirements. The Pool on the roof was lovely but the hotel does not have any views. We found it hard to locate the hotel from directions. |

Very helpfull and good english speaking staff at the reception. Excelent restaurant, but expencive. Close to a nice private beach. (The lunch restuarant at "Drago Verde" had excellent food and a very nice staff. We really recomend it!) Francavilla al mare is a quiet suburb of Pescara and there is nothing to do,except for the beach. There are very few shops and restaurants. The hotel i very good if you just stay for one or two nights. |

Personalet var alle sammen meget servicemindede og venlige. Alle talte engelsk. Køkkenet var meget fint. Alle arbejde på at give alle gæster et behageligt ophold. Lidt mere styr på stranden. Efter hvilke regler tildeles parasoller mm. |
