Whereas we found the hotel overall a reasonable stay, the quality of the breakfast was very very poor would not recommend it to anyone.
The hotel is located in quiet area so perfect place to get rest... is divided into small houses- around 5 rooms inside :-) near all of that you have a bench outside to sit and also swing .Hotel has swimming pool (opens during the season) looks really clean. Breakfast served in restaurant-there were more sweets but it is normal in this country :-) I would like to mention about one waiter- guy was really nice and helpful - in the end of our journey we were waiting on the bus stop and he helps us a lot! Thanks for him!!
It was a little noise because of other guests!
Good wi-fi, nice place to seat in the garden next to your room
The hotel is very old. Room smell badly. If you have asthma or allergy - don't go there. Breakfast wasn't qualitative.
Excellent room and amazing friendly staff
The Hotel would need a little makeover and also the breakfast could be a bit more tasty.
cleanliness of room and bathroom, swimming pool, very helpful reception staff
in my opinion, F/B Staff in 4 stars hotel should wear uniform costumes. The waiter who serves the breakfast in a black shirt, vest and to this outfit - heavily worn sports shoes - doesn,t look good
Small damp rooms with thin walls. You can hear your neighbours talking like they are in your bathroom. Poor choice of food for breakfast. Just few fresh pies and all other pastry is out of package. Prepare to wait scrambles and sausages about 15 min as they bring just few servings at a time. Enjoy your fresh healthy 4 star breakfast with plastic utensils!!!
Restaurant - Simply doesn't match up to the rest of the Hotel. My advice is to to eat elsewhere and forget breakfast.
Location close to bus stop Pool very nice Very friendly staff
infrastructure is a bit old
Great pool. Lovely cleaning and restaurant staff.
Evening meal was shocking until we realised you could ask for Indian specialities. Then it was the best food ever!
Great location good staff and very good value . Wouldn't say 4 star but also not 4 star prices
Swimming pool and area quiet and relaxing (and very clean) Reception staff exemplary. Nice walks around.
Bar ambience (expensive and not set up as a bar); would have been nice to have had fridge and tea-making facilities in room. Wi-Fi very patchy. Only really one place to eat in walking distance.
Dirty, poor wifi
the staff was great, the hotel was clean, great pool, inside parking
The rooms are outside like mini houses, the refrigerator from my room was not working I had to ask for ice to drink some water.
Friendly and helpful staff
Breakfast could be more tasty, poor single beds...
The staff at reception were really friendly and helpful.
I thought the hotel was a nightmare when going out of it on foot. No pavements and heavy traffic. I felt very vulnerable. Breakfast was ok but coffee machine often empty of some of the options.
Really bad Breakfast
Staff couldn't do enough for you, the rooms & hotel were all immaculate. Breakfast was fresh & lots of choice. Pool area was clean Couldn't fault the location, or anything else for that matter
The ONLY small criticism is that there is no entertainment at all in the evening so be prepared to not spend a lot of evening time there. But Pisa is a 5 min taxi ride away.
The proximity to Pisa was good. Breakfast was quite reasonable as long as you got in early or waited to re-stock. Room was very small but you get what you pay for, I don't know what other room's sizes was like.
Pool was too hard to get into, ladders only. Very busy road out the front. No fly wire screens on windows. Dinner at the restaurant was very expensive for what you got. Try Andrea's pizzeria down the road - excellent
Convenient location north of Pisa. Large bathroom.
Bedroom rather shabby, carpet worn and dirty. Breakfast very basic. Swimming pool closed.
Though reasonably happy with the Hotel, it's not the best 4* I've stayed in.
Had the feeling more of a Motel than a 4*.
Location. Great staff!
Outdated hotel with poor plumbing.
The breakfast was very good .
Nice location good facilities and friendly staff
Food varieties - no choices for vegeterians
The staff were very friendly
Did not clean.in the room lots of mosquitos.rust water.not ready to accept the client when we arrived at 21:00pm.even did not know our reservation.
