Score from 975 reviews Very good
Great location good staff and very good value . Wouldn't say 4 star but also not 4 star prices
Swimming pool and area quiet and relaxing (and very clean) Reception staff exemplary. Nice walks around.
Bar ambience (expensive and not set up as a bar); would have been nice to have had fridge and tea-making facilities in room. Wi-Fi very patchy. Only really one place to eat in walking distance.
Dirty, poor wifi
the staff was great, the hotel was clean, great pool, inside parking
The rooms are outside like mini houses, the refrigerator from my room was not working I had to ask for ice to drink some water.
Friendly and helpful staff
Breakfast could be more tasty, poor single beds...
The staff at reception were really friendly and helpful.
I thought the hotel was a nightmare when going out of it on foot. No pavements and heavy traffic. I felt very vulnerable. Breakfast was ok but coffee machine often empty of some of the options.
Really bad Breakfast
Staff couldn't do enough for you, the rooms & hotel were all immaculate. Breakfast was fresh & lots of choice. Pool area was clean Couldn't fault the location, or anything else for that matter
The ONLY small criticism is that there is no entertainment at all in the evening so be prepared to not spend a lot of evening time there. But Pisa is a 5 min taxi ride away.
The proximity to Pisa was good. Breakfast was quite reasonable as long as you got in early or waited to re-stock. Room was very small but you get what you pay for, I don't know what other room's sizes was like.
Pool was too hard to get into, ladders only. Very busy road out the front. No fly wire screens on windows. Dinner at the restaurant was very expensive for what you got. Try Andrea's pizzeria down the road - excellent
Convenient location north of Pisa. Large bathroom.
Bedroom rather shabby, carpet worn and dirty. Breakfast very basic. Swimming pool closed.
Though reasonably happy with the Hotel, it's not the best 4* I've stayed in.
Had the feeling more of a Motel than a 4*.
Location. Great staff!
Outdated hotel with poor plumbing.
The breakfast was very good .
Nice location good facilities and friendly staff
Food varieties - no choices for vegeterians
The staff were very friendly
Did not clean.in the room lots of mosquitos.rust water.not ready to accept the client when we arrived at 21:00pm.even did not know our reservation.
Free wireless available on the entire site. Breakfast was ok. Free parking available. New and clean bathroom.
Room/carpet smelled. Walls very very thin. Lot of bus traffic on the site. Area of the hotel slightly dodgy. certainly not four stars and not worth the money paid for it.
perfect!! fab location, 10 minute Lam rossa ride to pisa and they are every 10 mins. breakfast perfect. quiet location and very clean. staff mega friendly nothing is too much for them :)
amount of night workers on the road of the hotel (if you know what i mean) but this is not an issue with the hotel.
It's very close to Pisa, just 10 min by bus, tickets €1.10 pro person one way). The staff was very friendly and helpful. There is also the swimming pool. Parking is just outside the cottages (free of charge).
This is definitely not a 4* star hotel. Although it was clean, the cottages and the furniture is old, the bath in the bathroom is very small! For me (I'm 1,60 sm tall) it was more or less possible to take shower, but for my husband it was very uncomfortable even to take shower (he almost fell down twice while trying to do it). Breakfasts were not very good, although a bit better than in many other Italian hotels. Although its very close to the city of Pisa, we were not able to catch the bus at 10 p.m.(had to take taxi - €10, which was ok). All in all, our stay there was ok as we were by car and had to think about parking first.
The single storey bedrooms are very quiet , the beds are comfortable which guarantees a good nights sleep . The hotel is easy to find especially from the Airport .
The staff tries to be nice regardless the poor quality and facilities of the hotel.
The hotel is for one night only, it is a place what you would take when you are travelling and you must rest somewhere. It looks like a camp with cc 10 barracks, each barrack has 6-12 rooms which were refurbished quite a some time ago. The economic room is nowhere near to the pictures (worn out fit out, mouldy),the superior room is Ok, however the carpets on the floor in both cases are extremely dirty, the fridges were smelly. The bottom of the open air swimming pool was not cleaned too often therefore it was covered with dirt, leaves and some feather. You will need a car as it is located outside of Pisa (the city centre is cc 15-20 mins of drive) and far away from the beach (cc 30-45 mins of drive). Based on our experience, it deserves maximum 2,5* and for that rating you can find better deals on booking.com.
This was a pleasant hotel to spend a few days while we discovered Pisa and the surrounding countryside.
The address on the booking and what our GPS gave us, did not mesh. It did get us close enough that we found the horel.
the evening meal was nice food and there was a reasonable choice. The Pool
The meals were slightly over priced. Breakfast was not as good as others we had experienced in Italy The walk into Pisa is without footpaths and along a main road, you really do need to use public transport
Great large swimming pool. The air-conditioning worked in the room. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast was good except for the coffee! Quiet neighborhood, close to Torre del Lago, Viareggio and Pisa.
Didn't like the bathrooms. Both the shower in my friend's room and the tub in mine were so small that it was difficult to get in and out. The bidet was also unusable as it was too close to the wall.
Extremely poor facilities, no-internet in the rooms (gardens only), breakfast is a joke, bathrooms dangerously small, bedrooms are glorified portakabins & a fire hazard, single beds camp site size, not even a 2 star, more like a campsite. If we could find alternatives nearby we would not have stayed there one hour. Don't know why its even listed, I feel let down by Booking.com.
